Kinda hard to tell since it's a stream but seemed steady to me

I don't know for sure, but when he has to "pick a car" that road looked like it had a decent stream of traffic on it ... more than the original.

Also in general the colours pop a whole lot more than the original version. Not sure if that is an artefact of the capture but youtube vids of the same mission are a lot more washed out.

The most apparent thing from the stream is the texture detail / res is better and the clarity of the faces. I've only spent about ~10 hours with the PS3 version so I'm not one to make comparisons with this, especially on a stream (even a decent stream).
