Lol, so nobody was even slightly fazed by Queen Consolidated's name changing? I mean, that's your family name, Oliver, get it together. He was too shook over the girl he dumped finding a new man, smh.

Also, I like how Ray Palmer never did any actual salmon ladder climbs. Just a clever jump shot at the beginning and him just sort of hanging during the conversation. He's not one of the salmon ladder gang.

Yeah, Oliver should've been a lot more upset about that though maybe it's a combination of that and someone on his team going to work for someone he views as a probably enemy.

This season sucks ass. I'll finish the rest of the episodes this year but if things don't improve drastically (more badass Thea, lots of Roy flips) after that then I'm out.

I don't know why the show fell of a cliff this season. Are there new writers or something bc this is awful?

NTRay Palmer

This was a nice touch.

I hope Palmer doesn't actually shrink.

Oliver is really getting overshadowed by metahumans and crazy technology.

But.. RADIOACTIVE

Atom and Boomerang. Nice.

I agree though that this season is pretty dull so far. Nowhere near the levels of The Flash or Agents of Shield when it comes to rating the big 3 comic book shows currently on. This season of Arrow is a world away from the previous two personally and lacks any semblance of the intensity and oomph the first two had in spades. I'm not feeling anything from the action scenes, the plot, etc. like I did before.

Plenty of time yet though and I am enjoying it still. I reckon once Ra's is at the forefront of shit it will go off in to overdrive.

(rant incoming)
Honestly the further into this season I get
the more I'm starting to dislike Felicity more and more.

Oliver is emotionally damaged as fuck. First two seasons she's all pining over him, then when he finally manages to sort of overcome his damages, and admit to her that he has actual feelings for her she just nopes out and leaves him in the dust of Barry and Ray (his reaction above, and his speech to Cupid showing to us just how fucked up he is. I've been in that same spot mentally/emotionally after a lot of trauma and extreme circumstances, and it shows perfectly that he isn't the problem anymore, she is).

Her characterisation has become terrible, and by saying that, I mean that the way I feel about her is almost the same way people feel about Laurel. She's gone from being the 'cute I.T. girl with a crush on Oliver' to 'I'll develop feelings for everyone who presents the same qualities as Oliver, except Oliver himself'.

If there's one person I'd like to be somehow written out, it's her. No hard feelings shippers, but it's time for her to get off at platform nowhere.

Jeez you guys are harsh

Ive actually been enjoying this season

The pacing is slow though. I dunno i guess I haven;t been thinking overly critical about it. Just kind of casually enjoying the episodes

Favorite part of the episode was the Atom tease. Shit, Palmer is the only reason why I'll even continue to watch this season. It's so boring but I'm hoping to see Atom by the end.

I think the season's been good so far. Nothing this season has been boring to me. I mean yeah Slade was awesome last year so it make it hard for some people to like the new season but it's pretty good so far.

On a side note just putting this out there. Do you guys think somewhere down the line Laurel will get the Canary Cry.

Well hopefully a lot of people actually liked this episode because I hated it. Easily the worst episode in all 3 seasons and it didn't even have inconsistent Laurel from season 1-2.

To put it bluntly Cupid fails because she is inconsistent in her craziness.

Best episode of a decidedly mediocre season so far. Not to say that it was that good, but felt like less of a chore.

DJ just randomly kissing Thea.

The fuck. That shit works? They had like no romantic or sexual tension at all. I try that and Willa Holland files a restraining order against me, but Joe Q DJDouche does it and she seems responsive.

And he has terrible hair.

He looks like he came straight out of a Hansen music video

The flashbacks are the worst part but even the current timeline plots are boring. I think the episode count is hurting this show.

Thea doing the night club thing again is boring and just spinning her wheels.
