Destiny The Dark Below opening cinematic

Not that I think Destiny has good writing, but how is that line bad?

The "below" at the end feels really tacked on unless you think of "The Dark Below" as a single, proper-noun-level phrase. If you're just hearing it as normal English, the "below" is unnecessary.

Disclaimer: Haven't listened to the voiced line yet.

You know Guardian, we really are The Dark Below

A giant green knight that glows. I like the game but man, they really need to increase enemy variety.

First thing I thought. "Oh, so he's just a big knight. Just like the new Strike's boss is just a big Wizard."
Brilliant design there, Bungie. At least Yoshi's Island made the upsized enemy-bosses cool.

Lets do this.

I really like what little lore they have in the game but now that more games are coming out, I don't have the heart to go back and play any more let alone buy an "expansion". I was really enjoying Destiny and I'm sitting around level 16 but that may be where I stop.

If you pause the video at 1:20, is that a new indicator right to the upper left of the tower? Looks like a diamond with an "I" in it.

I've been meaning to ask this, why does this count as an Expansion Pack, while Minerva's Den or something counts as DLC? Does it just depend on what the developer/publisher calls it, or is there an actual difference?

It's good marketing. I would personally classify this as DLC, content wise. There is no fixed rule, but actual expansions have a history of adding massive amounts of content. I guess in Destiny's case, that is a massive amount of content.

Well, despite my frustration with Bungie, this game and the dlc, I found myself playing Destiny again after MCC failed the matchmaking portion. So I'm looking forward to this.

I had completely abandoned the game when right after it came out, revisited and played a lot to get 2 characters to 28 (a lot for me anyways) kinda of burned out right as Inquisition came which will occupy me for a while

So the timing of this DLC sounds about right lol
