LTTP but u got the 10 hour achievement as well as unlocked all of the characters and stages tonight. Only bought one Amiibo, and Samus is level 35.

All in all pretty good for the first weekend. Now I can concentrate more on just playing vs unlocking.

PS: When you just wanna relax off TV spectator mode is amaze.

Go to your friends list in the Home menu. You will see the option to look up Nintendo Network ID's.

That's a cool combo video for Palutena but honestly it would mean so much more those were actual people. After a few weeks we will see the real combo videos with human vs human play. It's very easy to set those things up with a stationary CPU but another entirely when you have to predict and give real chase.

But your point still stands. No one should be judging characters to harshly until 3-6months after the game releases.

You're not alone. I enjoyed SSE despite its flaws, and I would have liked to see something along those lines (but improved upon and fixing the flaws of the previous game). It's not keeping me from still having a blast playing the game (and I've been playing exclusively single player so far), but it would be nice to have a story mode.
 
Some of these events are making me want to kill someone. Mainly because the stages are such bullshit for them. The one where Diddy fights a horde of bunny-ear Donkey Kongs drove me insane with the keep away on that two pane nonsense and now I'm doing the one where Kirby has to recover his health practically one percent at a time in the Great Cave Offensive while being chased by like 5 Dedede's on high speed. I swear to god Sakurai, not every stage needs to be bursting with gimmicks just because you made Omega versions...

Yeah, I'm sure Palutena can be effective in the hands of a skilled player, but these videos don't demonstrate real scenarios.

Makes me wish for an Adventure Mode DLC or something, but I don't think they would do that. I'd definitely pay for it though (provided it was priced reasonably).
 
What's with teams in 2vs2 with names like "LETROL" and "GARBAGE" using the same character and constantly spamming an attack? Seemingly every other match is full of these people. Its kind of making the online not very fun... Yeah I know it should be easy to counter/dodge people spamming the same attack over and over but it gets so hectic that its hard to keep track of two players attacking at the same, say, when you dodge one's attack another comes right at you.
 
Tip for those worried about 9.0 challenges. Try Bowser. Use his side special to suicide with an opponent. The opponent always dies first. You can cheese a lot of your matches this way.
 
Ok, i read somewhere that 1080P games have "free" AA when played on a 720P TV, but this game is a jaggy mess, why?

Also, whats the deal with the Ike jump attack? whats the point if he is gonna fall doing it?

Does suiciding with Bowser work differently on CPU? Because they patched it so that Bowser dies first, unless that isn't in the Wii U version, I haven't risked trying.
 
Still haven't found a main that I like. I mained Marth, Pikachu and Fox in Melee but I'd like to try something new here. Still haven't unlocked ROB, Game and Watch or Duckhunt so maybe I'll like one of those three :/
 
Man, the rate at which you unlock special moves is really annoying. I want to experiment with everyone's, but it's going to take forever.
