I've been at this for almost 3 hours now and haven't gotten past a x1 win streak yet. Super frustrated.
My longest streak is 2. The teams I wager on are something like 1-5 in sudden death.

Damn man, this post has all kinds of assumption going on.
I was making a tongue-in-cheek post after a Peach just beat a Diddy on the VGBC stream, since Zero said Diddy needs to be banned.
I haven't fought a Peach I can't beat yet. Is it supposed to be a hard matchup for Bowser? Why?

I think most characters that can throw into a multihit attack can do it. I know Sheik can.
Also, Bowser forums on Smashboards say he can combo out of his throw now that VI is gone. First thing I am checking tomorrow.

Only breifly played the game. And used my free amiibo a bit. So can you not play as your amiibo? Only train it as an AI? couldnt find any option or mode otherwise.
If thats the case Im not really seeing much of a point for it if you cant actually use them in a battle. But I suppose that is what custom fightera are for?
I dont personally know anyone with the game, or let alone an amiibo, so I will likely never see any amiibos fight each other, and I likely wont buy another. Doesnt sound too exciting anyways. I swear that amiibo commercial(infomercial/direct?)with the kid training his showed him actually playing with it. Or at least implied it. Im guessing there is some way for it to earn coins and unlocks somehow for you maybe?
Anyways, really digging the game more than I thought I would, even with no friends or roomates around anymore.

I will never be good enough to beat a Luigi like that
Bowser controls space and demands respect because of his normals, which Peach can just evade and still control space. Bowser doesn't have projectiles or speed that really bothers Peach, and his attacks don't stuff Peach's. She outranges him and is faster.
But that's just my observation.

Dude has barely any lag on any of his moves lol. His short hop fireball has no landing lag, and you can throw out another attack after his d-air as soon as it ends. D-throw leads into double/triple fair at low mid percents. He's great. : p

I'm not sure how I feel about this. Maybe a short window when you first grab it before having it become ineffective or something. I don't know. Guess it doesn't matter now, and I still love the game so eh.
