Was going to hop on PC download for Shadow of Mordor for $20 at Amazon but it says currently unavailable? Isn't even a lightning deal, says the sale ends Dec 2nd. Anyone know why this is? This normal practice for digital codes? Surely they aren't out of codes....right??

Running out of codes can and does happen, since the keys must be provided by the publisher.
