He said GAF will crash.

What makes you think it's Fallout? Because common sense and logic would say otherwise.

He further teased a fanboy war by stating that the announcement will make a "Lot of Noise, and RAGE"

IP switching hands destroyed my brain at E3 2008 with FFXIII for 360, so it has to be a game that will turn heads Exorcist style, Fallout is that caliber, it just fits so well, definitely not Sony IP if they're mentioning fanboying

I'll help, I think we had:

-TLG
-Guerilla Games Game
-Crash Bandicoot
-Resident Evil 7
-Final Fantasy 7 Remake
-Street Fighter V

Going by this tweet:
"I know what it is and I can tell you that it will actually make a lot of noise ( and people will rage ) . # RTPrécédent"

Some big 3rd party game will go PS4 exclusive.

As long as it's on PC I don't care cause that is where I plan on buying Fallout 4

Yeah, no. It's not happening -- ever. Here's why your analogy doesn't work: FFXIII went to more platforms, not less. ZeniMax is not SE. Fallout is not FF. Do you realize Skyrim moved more units than some Call of Duty games? Bethesda wants the same for Fallout and they won't get that on fewer platforms. Sony doesn't have that kinda money. Nothing about Fallout makes sense. It benefits nobody.

I thought everybody know RE7 is in developing. But I don't believe it would be on PSX...

sounds logical, thinking about Resident Evil 7 now...or Mass Effect.

Maybe timed (like Bioshock PS3) or maybe with series expanding on different platforms (Xbone) later in the cycle (like with Mass Effect 2 on PS3)

It's a game that should have never been made. You know why the staff ruined "solid" gameplay? It's because they realized how utterly unoriginal their game was and threw in arbitrary and gimmicky mechanics to differentiate themselves. It would be a travesty if they tried to rework an inherently putrid idea. I don't get the calls for millions of dollars to go into failed ideas and remakes of old games. You would think new IPs would still be a priority just a year into the lifecycle of these new consoles.
Sorry, but this is such a shitty post.

I'm glad Arc System Works, Namco Bandai, French Bread, etc didn't take your "advice" and make Street Fighter/Virtua Fighter clones or just not exist at all.

Adding twists to a genre is how genres evolve. Are you really going to call Guilty Gear "unoriginal" just because it took the core gameplay elements of Street Fighter and added their own gameplay mechanics (or as you say, "gimmicks") and flow to the genre?

About your failed idea comment which seems to be related to video games in general. You should take a look at the games that laid down a foundation on the first game and then evolved to become amazing on the sequel. Good ideas, but decent/poor execution on the first game is a good reason to try again.
