My ping is 25 with 1 jitter and I have roughly a second of input lag online. My internet rating is 2.4/5 though, 10.5mbs speed.

Ha! I dawdle on deciding to buy the game, and it turns out the game with GameCube adapter has completely sold out in all of the UK. Whoops.

The Pro Controller is more than adequate until you get stock back.

I have been playing with the Pro Controller while I wait on my adapter to come in. My only complaint is that the Pro Controller (mine) seems to have sticky triggers which are causing some of my actions to turn into unwanted dodges rather tilts or specials.

You would have heard a flood of complaints if the networking was even remotely like Brawl's. It isn't. He vast majority of my online games in both versions is flawless. Even when I do get the occasional lag, it only seems to last for the first 10 seconds or so of a match for whatever reason.

If you have 1000-2000ms lag in both versions, it's all you, unfortunately.

The confusing part is I play other online games just fine, so unless the Wii U and 3DS hate my router then I'm not sure what the deal is.

I've played twitch shooters like TitanFall on my connection just fine. I've also played fighting games online before like Tekken 6, and it was mostly functional (though I go insane over dropped frames creating weird online only frame traps).
