Call me crazy but I think in motion that looks live-action with added effects, not meant as a compliment. The HUD looks like it's just pasted on, not in the 'game'.

For me there is no Way PS4 could play that in real time. VR is planets away. I think it was a teaser for something, but i don't think the Ps4 is capable of doing that stuff. UC4 looks bad compared to this.

I have no idea what to believe. To be honest, I don't care if it's realtime or not (though I'm curious to find out). Whatever it is, it is giving me the feels. That's what matter more to me than the technology behind it.

With the right amount of tweaks and refining Dragons Dogma could be one of the best games out there.

There's a shit ton of compression there though so it's hard to say what the IQ is like.

Look at the Youtube ViD. there is still alot of Compression but the IQ is almost perfect. So no way this is real time

we're about to see Uncharted 4 gameplay, you might raise your expectations bar a bit

It's the biggest hype week of this thread, that's why~

Anyway, if he's not in Vegas now, he'll probably be later this week as Harmonix will have Amplitude playable at PSX.

I was just hoping there was more of a logic to it. If he's not in Vegas yet, it seems highly unlikely he's playing any other PSX games at this time.

Yeah, I suppose. I wrote that last reply out of hype, haha. But they have labeled it 'Playstation's Best Kept Secret' so I hope it's not just some Morpheus game, it'd be pretty ham-fisted of them to release a trailer that mentions it 'being 20 years' on the eve of their 20th Anniversary.

No worries. I'm a film maker and semi-game developer (more management / art then coding, lol). This just means I see too many trailers far too often. It's not a bad thing that it's typical, as it usually gets people hyped.

Just wasn't sure if they had hid anything in the trailer. The boots felt familiar, and the bar on the left and icon on the right seem like they are placeholder (intentionally or just because of time / dev cycle). Many of the shots are definitely pre-rendered, though the in-the-woods stuff may be representative of the graphics they are targeting.

I think it's pretty clear that it's not real time. It's a combination of CG and real footage with heavy use of CG VFX.
