Yeah, that forward smash is some shit. Locks you in place for everyone to KO you right afterwards. And that dude ALWAYS has it perfectly timed ready to go at the worst moment. Can't even counter it since you get hit anyway.

But I got 12 kills so I'm never touching that shit again.
 
Wish I saved those replays. Had a back and forth of victories as Lucina against an alright Ike. I say alright because he kept making the same mistakes like repeatedly forward dashing above my head from off the platform which is the perfect setup for my charged Up Smash and getting his shield broken. Some of my best Lucina play to date. I made a few slip ups myself but most of them because of Ike's reach so I probably won't have to adjust things unless I'm matched up against him again. I always forget to save replays and I know they'll help a lot but I also did some really awesome stuff that I'm proud of that I want to relive. One thing I need to work on is being more confident and take more risks with my airs, above and off the platform.

Any East Coasters (and other US/CAN peeps) want to 1v1, 2v2 or FFA? I can open up a room.

Total bullshit, it kills at 10% and it leaves you wide open for another attack, and another one... Congratulations, you got 90% and death in 4 seconds

Lucina and Brad Pitt are though, with just basic affect differences between themselves and their alter ego.

I rarely go fewer than 15 turns. I'm also using custom equipment to boost the defensive/offensive stats of the characters, though. Would definitely be more difficult with default properties.

I try to prioritize giant battles. The huge hurtboxes makes it ridiculously easy to rack up damage and fling them out of the stage. With Ness, I usually finish these rounds in 10 seconds with F-Air -> F-Air -> F-Air off-stage walls of pain. After the 10 turn point, giant battles start becoming a bit tougher, but they're still the best option.

Do NOT do metal tickets if you can avoid it. They are much harder to kill early on and tend to deal 20 - 50% damage each match since they're so persistent. The goal is to take as little damage as possible between rounds so that your damage can heal up to around 20% before the start of each match.

Giant battles
Horde battles
Team battles
Metal battles
Free for all

These are the usual types of tickets you'll see, and I'd recommend you prioritize them in this order as well. After 15 turns, I think you stop getting teammates for giant battles, which makes it slightly tougher--just be aggressive and do not give them a chance to land a hit. Team battles will ALWAYS be better than free for all. The AI in FFA matches aim specifically for you, regardless of it being a FFA match. What's better? 1v4 or 4v4? :P Metal battles are really difficult but still preferable to taking on 3+ opponents at once.

I'm pretty sure I got Plasm Wraith in the shop and the Hocotate just randomly at some point.
 
Reach Master Fortress for the first time on 9.0 Intensity, kill myself after breaking the third weakspot because I thought the path led further down around the back, it was of course a damn pit!
Ike's strong counter custom is pretty fun on Master Core, no selling plus ridonkulous counter damage on the high impact attacks, beautiful.

Absolute Bullshit.

Never have I seen Lucina get pummeled within seconds.

The screen shakes violently, the hits sound intense, that percentage goes up faster than Sonic can run.

It would be awesome if I wasn't so pissed from it.
 
Well guys, it just happend. My Amiibo Samus just beat me for the first time in a pretty close fight.

She even taunted me when she made the final kill. I have never been more proud of one of my pupils.
 
I've just added a bunch of people whose usernames looked familiar and everyone else is welcome to add me as well (the NNID is the same as my GAF username, Tenrius).
