Because I honestly find it hard to get excited about a new Sony San Diego game. All they do is make MLB The Show ever year.

The show is one of the best sports franchises ever, and why would that mean they cannot do something different? Seems odd to brush them off because of that.

I played Crash Team Racing recently and it did not age well for me, but I still have great memories of that game. He did said that it might be digital only though, so it might not be a game with a large budget like Crash Team Racng 2 or Playstation Kart

So they're announcing something unexpected. I imagine they're at the very least aware of these threads so with all the speculation on here it must mean something new, rather than an old IP or whatever as they've ALL been mentioned by someone on here.

I'm hoping for some really cool Morpheus things. Sony need Morpheus hype and cool new games/experiences that will sell that hardware day one to the masses so they'll be getting all their studios to be trying out ideas for it. I can only hope.

Ahhh, who cares - HYPE!!!

Sony has a ton of internal studios that we still don't know about or might not show up at the event. GG Dinosaur RPG, Media Molecule main team, Polyphony Digital, Sony Bend, Santa Monica, Sucker Punch, Guerrilla Cambridge, More from Studio Japan, Quantic Dream, plus indies and third parties. I think they're covered.

I only thought Sony San Diego only made sports titles, so I'm happy to hear diversity in their games I don't think it will be Mod Nation 2, but a game in similar style, but with a stronger IP than Mod Nation.
