I replayed ICO when the remake came out. It is still a beautiful game.
Man all of this ICO and SotC talk has made me thirsty for TLG! Come on Sony don't let me down this weekend!

But that could mean they are making one whenever. I mean Ascension came out just last year, they might be making something new entirely, or maybe Stig's prject that got axed is being reworked into a whole new game.
I read that they kept all the work, assets to that game as to come back.
Guess we might see this at E3, GOW or not.

Your not alone, I would rather have a Legend of Dragoon sequel and a Legend of Dragoon HD remake than most games mentioned in the first hyped thread.
Loved that game, I feel it got more bad rep than it deserved by critics.

Oh ya, I replayed both when they came to PSN. ICO is still amazing for me. I just remember thinking about SoTC the whole time I was playing it and how much better it was. If you're going to play both for the first time though, you gota play ICO first. IMO if you start with SoTC, ICO will seem so pale in comparison.

This hype and excitement feels so genuine. I just hope no one starts going with FX/Spike/Mtv programs with energy drink sponsorships to compete with this for other anniversary/hype events. That's the worst.

Let's say Crash turned out to be Sony's again, what are the chances ND would be working on it? They have to have their hands full at the moment with their new IP and Uncharted 4 (with a possible PS4 remaster collection). What 1st party developer have enough caliber to bring Crash back to current gen and do him justice?

I replayed both as well. I've always preferred ICO to SotC. Don't know if that is because I played it first or because the things SotC had the Wanderer do to the Colossi were hard on my conscience. (I know it is supposed to be that way)
Plus the ending theme for ICO, You Were There, is one of my favorite VG OST pieces as well.
