PlayStation Experience Event in December Discussion Thread 2 - What we Know

Quick question as its been hard finding details amongst the pure hype-filled trains passing through.

What exactly is being streamed online tomorrow? I know there are various panel events etc. but couldn’t find any clear details.
Also, does anyone have the UK times for the events happening? Cant be missing this event.

Final note, really wish I was at the show as I wanna pick up one of those Anniversary PS4’s. My wife saw it and instantly said she would buy one for me no matter the cost but there is no way I am paying ebay prices 

Thats why you have to keep your expectations low. They're not gonna be able to please everyone. But honestly they have a pretty good lineup for 2015 so far. Im happy just to see UC, Bloodborne and the Order. Any new reveals is like the cherry topping on thuways cheesecake.

Shew just got done with a whole lot of work and put the cake in the oven. Everything has been so busy today, I'm glad I finally got this in. I'm going to be celebrating with you guys!

A friend that happens to be a girl cooked me one for my birthday this year, it had a chocolate oreo crust, it was soo good, it took me 2 days to eat it :x

Keynote will start at 6pm. Thank god it's not starting at 2am like the game awards.

I didnt help with the kickstarter (Never really liked the idea of backing something) but I am a huge fan of the original and cant wait to get my hands on a new version.

Its the only kickstarter I payed so far. And I basically payed for the game. It was a : pay 20 bucks = receive the game kinda thing

I'm working on that, lol.

Currently holding off from re-buying a PS4 until next year so I just need to see an unknown heavy hitter grab me by the balls and force me to cave.

Shawn Layden knows what's up.
He worked at SCEE, SCEJ and SCEA. Was the director of software development. He knows exactly how gamers/fans feel.
End of story: It's time to get the IP back.

That part of whatever conference that was where he started talking about "a game we localized heavily for Japan, it was such a big deal in Japan" made me think he was talking about Crash because Crash in Japan is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT to Crash in the the West, but no, it was something else.
 
Honestly, just looking at the stream lineup, even if they announced no games at all, that's a shit load of good , interesting information. If you only care about announcements, then you'd probably be disappointed in some shape or form, but the entire package of PSX looks great.

I for one, am super interested at the WWS Townhall. If it's how I imagine it, It's probably the first time we actually see WWS together in one location talking about stuff being shared with fans.

I'm still hurting after that dude at SCEJ confirmed Gravity Rush 2 wouldn't be at the event. Maybe he was fibbing, but if so then it'd be better for him to just not respond at all. Nah, I believe him, GR2 will be a non-show and we'll to wait until E3 for a chance of seeing it again.

Geez, what is going on with that game. My guess is that it was originally planned to be another Vita release, but with Sony studios ditching the system en masse, they cancelled that version and are reworking it for the PS4 instead.

If it's coming to ps4 they should also port over Gravity Rush 1 as well

Absolutely agree. people aren't going to stop bugging them about crash so they need to do something about it.

This would at least be something.
Same for all the others on the improbable wishlist. Just say: forget it and concentrate on the good things to come. would be disappointing but also a clear cut.
on the other hand: this would kill threats like this one, so maybe the games should just stay in limbo and haunt us.

The Game Awards tonight folks! Is anyone anticipating any big reveals from that or is everybody firmly beholden to Sony and their secret mystery game panel?
