There was a followup trailer, it was a teaser for the spanish pre-order of the 20th Anniversary Special Edition PS4, with proceeds apparantly going to charity.

Maybe someone can post the second trailer again, I think it was posted a couple of dozen pages back or something...

It is in Japan. That video was posted on Capcom's Japanese channel. Sony gets a number of games exclusive to the PS4 in Japan because the sales of the Xbox One are so bad there. We don't know if that means that it's console exclusive worldwide. That'll obviously be made clear whenever Capcom officially announces it.
