Live Event Viewer is available in Canada, I used it to watch The Game Awards last night (though like everyone else it cut out around the two hour mark and I needed to switch to YouTube). However, I don't think Sony is streaming its keynote through the app, based on what people in this thread seem to be reporting.

The expectations here are probably so high that the keynote will be a failure if these games don't show up, so "I hope everyone's dreams come true" isn't really possible.

Imagine if they did though.......

This place would be down for weeks. I'd love it to happen but I'm realistic and yet cautiously optimistic. The hype here is infectious, fun and I love these threads. Whatever happens at PSX these threads have been the best during my time on GAF

This seems reasonable. The only real outlier here is TLG, and that's because I've conditioned myself to never again get hyped for it. I hope and expect that they're bringing back at least one dormant PS1/PS2 series, but I wouldn't bet on it.
