High or Medium doesn't do shit on twitch and is a mess. Changing it to "Source" will give the best possible quality available.

So set it to "Source" and be amazed.

I've got it on Source and it looked sort of unremarkable.

Setting it to "High" does not provide you with HD graphics or whatever. It is shit and doesn't look good.

Changing it to "Source" and you'll see a big visual upgrade.

I think aesthetically Bloodborne looked better than Uncharted to me, even though Uncharted probably is much more impressive technically with all the foliage. I just love the aesthetics of the series. Apples and oranges though.
