How important is the LAN adapter? About half my matches have lag. But I'd like to think I have decent interment. :(

Man, Pit's pretty fun, to be honest. I've never really liked him in Brawl, Project M, or... until recently, 4. But he's clicking now. His tool kit is incredibly versatile (which I'm beginning to find is my major personal conceit in a Smash character), and he's got a pretty strong approach and neutral game. I'm kinda awful at him so far, but he's fun once you get into his rhythm. I might give him another look in PM, heh.

I am so awful at controlling those arrows though.

Finally got the patience to try out Stage Builder.

I do not like it.

Why don't the lava walls kill at 150% or 100%?

I'm trying to make a death arena where you're on a final destination-esque stage, surrounded by lava walls.

Why not keep the danger/lava zones consistent?

Also, the AI is still dumber than toothpaste.

Playing at this hour seems like a bad idea. I got paired only against Japanese players and the input lag was terrible in some matches.

The only guy that didn't have input lag kicked my ass haha. Bad day in For Glory.

So I met another Falcon on For Glory and we've been playing dittos for no less than two hours straight at this point and still going.

I love this fucking game.

From your Windows PC do a ping test in the Windows console to your Wii U using the -t parameter. Take note of any ping spikes(that's wifi jitter). If the ping spikes are sizable(something like 10ms+) then I would suggest getting a LAN adapter.

Hey NeoGAF, I need some help.

I decided to mess around in the stage builder and cannot figure out how to make static platforms. I thought they would be in the section with moving platforms, magma, cannons, and springs, but that's not the case.

Where can I find them?

Edit: Figured it out. You just make lines. They aren't set pieces.
