So, I had a pretty cool idea today...

The Official GAF Mii Battle Tournament

Everyone submits a QR Code with a Mii resembling them, with their user name, and then what type of Mii Fighter + Specials they want, no Equipment though for fairness since that's messy.

The Tournament Host creates the Miis, and creates a Tournament Bracket. We then pit all the Miis against each other, Level 9 CPU, no items, Omega Stages, and see which GAFFER's Mii ultimately comes out on top. And of course save the matches and upload them somehow for everyone to see.
 
Speaking of glitches...

I had eight of my amiibo fight each other in a 99-stock Palutena's Temple battle. I wanted to see how many items, etc., they would collect as gifts. (Answer: Quite a bit -- some of them had a couple thousand coins, on top of various trophies, custom parts, etc)

At any rate, it went from 10 p.m. to like 4 a.m., so I'm not doing that again, lol. But I checked in on it at one point, and half of the fighters were stuck to the ceiling in the bottom right corner of Palutena's Temple... Like glued to the wall, and spinning in place.

Their damage was all at 999%. That's not a typo. Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine Percent.

It took my Kirby amiibo using his Ultra Sword Final Smash to dislodge them, lol.

Most people had no idea what I was talking about, one guy said he had heard this song was supposed to go in all versions, but there was an oversight with the contract where they had not secured international rights with the performer or there was some problem that they overlooked exponential payouts for international release and the song had to get removed for other versions

Grain of salt, because it's "I heard from someone who heard from someone," but a pretty ridiculous oversight if true

Ahaha, I appreciate your asking nonetheless. It really is strange, considering we've never had a problem like this before.

If that's true, it really is awfully goofy, as they knew full well that it would release worldwide. I feel better about that than removing it due to the lack of an English version, at least. Was kinda quick to jump the gun on that assumption, lol.

All in all, not a huge deal, but it's just frustrating to see cut content between versions in Smash Bros.

god imagine the shitstorm if they actually went through with removing marth and roy from english versions of melee

I did the 9.0 no death on my first try after buffing up the Dorf with defense and Vampire equipment and was high kicking my way to glory. It was really anti-climatic actually. I'll come back to it down the road without abusing equips.
