The Side B nerf was completely unnecessary. The character was already super easy to edgeguard and now they just made it even more mindless and effortless. Really was a stupid change.

I would have much preferred if they addressed Villager's recovery instead. Make that easier to edgeguard, not one that's already easy to edgeguard even easier.

At least Marth knows two words of English. Why they were never used is a mystery.

I kind of want to see how the reaction to that would have looked like, especially relating to future games. Removing them entirely would have been a draconian decision out of keeping with almost everything in the series aside from the initial reluctance to translate the game in the first place, so I wonder how long it was actually considered for.

Regardless, they might have been playable in international versions anyway via the language option, seeing the other changes that came along with playing the game in Japanese - though the reception towards that would have been even weirder...

You get ~15 rewards, including custom moves, custom gear, and trophies, every time you play it. I leave it running on the side while doing things. You only have to push a button at batting/bombing events, and to restart it. I've been working on a final paper for a class the last 4 hours, and I got about 12 custom moves unlocked during that time by letting this run on the side.

I already have all the custom outfits, and I have 40 custom headgear. I suspect that I will easily get those challenges done through this method.
 
Good Games, both of you. I wish that y'all would warn me if it was last two games because I would have pick my favorite characters instead of random.

I noticed that lag have gotten better last two rounds.

I apologize, I didn't know myself, I only left because I woke up my parents lol so it was unexpected. Lots of fun tho!

That "Let's Dance" clip would have been so godlike in a Put Ya Guns On kind of way. I don't know why they didn't embrace the hamminess when the Smash incarnation of Captain Falcon is a character slot or two away and thrives on his OTT nature and gestures. :lol

Would have been pretty cool hearing it during Sword Dance finishes.

You know, I'm really upset some games got the shaft as far as music/stages go. Metroid Prime 3, Sin and Punishment: Star Successor, Wind Waker HD, 3D World, heck, Nintendo Land; I felt like all of these games deserved a stage or music. Instead, we have Big Battlefield...
 
Trying to select Monado Arts with lag is terrible. I either overshoot, under shoot or nothing activates because it didn't recognize the button press.
 
R.O.B. is pretty good. I was using him on For Glory today (with almost no prior practice) and I won most of my matches. Quick smash attacks, Fair is fast, Uair is strong and Down+B with B are a troll-ish combination. I'm feeling this character!

I fought many Little Mac players too, but they weren't very good. One guy spammed Side+B like crazy, no clue why haha. Some other guys spammed too much counter so they were easy to read.
