For those in Luxembourg or other places that have SATURN stores, they have the basic Wii U 8 gig with Dance Party, and Nintendo Land and the Wiimote Plus for 189 EUR...


Its exactly what I want but I dont have extra money right now :((((
 
Is there a Wii U Basic shortage in the UK or something? Every where I look, bundles are getting cancelled, items in "high demand", and I've been forced to order from GAME. Blech.
 
Where's the best place to get a Wii U Premium bundle in UK? I've managed to convince my niece and nephew to convince my sister that they need one for xmas, and she's come to me for advice. Nintendoland or 3D World bundle would be best, and they'll need a Wiimote+ too.

Do the bundles that contain a Wimote include a Nunchuk as well?

Any help much appreciated.

I really don't know what to advise in terms of delivery, just that you'll pretty much be paying £235 minimum for it.

They'll specify if it includes a nunchuk too, but usually it's just a Wiimote plus.

Wasn't it rumoured that Nintendo was looking to phase out the Basic and sell the Premium version as standard?

Is there any good deals around for PS3? Ideally 320GB or 160GB Slim ;) Really want to come back and replay some great games I missed.
 
Is Nippon-Yasan still the cheapest place for the Wii U Pro Controller? And how about 3rd Party Controller. Are they any good?
 
Wow, my brother just called to tell me Devil Survivor Overclocked is 12 euros on the eshop. I'm glad he saw that, have been waiting for a price drop forever, would rather have it physical but I've never seen it under 30 euros. 12 is ridiculous, not the kind of discount I usually expect from the eshop.

It´s been around £18 last year on Amazon UK.

Anyway, glad you finally get to enjoy the game. The physical edition is broken without the patch anyway.
 
Disney Infinity 2.0 Collector's Edition Avengers Starter Pack worth £59.74? (Flubit offer from Amazon price before they hiked it back up)

Never dabbled with Disney Infinity or Skylanders. I do enjoy collecting figurines, but I'd still want a decent core game before shelling out £60, even if that is far below RRP (usually around £100 for the SE). The Disney Infinity collectable factor is valued more for me than Skylanders due to iconic figures.
 
Is it likely that the PS4 bundle deals will be around next month in the UK for the January sales? Thinking of picking one up then but only if there's a real good deal.

I somehow missed that. Currently it's at £28.47. Don't recall seeing it for much lower than that.
I already played the vanilla version, that's why I wanted to get this one for cheap, game is easily worth full price if this is the first time you're getting it though.

Yakuza 5 was the best announcement at PSX, and can't find a decent price anywhere (france here).
Wasn't the PS3 supposed to get a new revision and a pricecut? Way overpriced right now.

I would love to know this as well. I can hold out for the January sales for something just a little bit better but then I don't know if these Christmas bundles are the best we're going to get.
 
Last night on the game awards Geoff said that there would be a PSX PSN sale and GTAV would be on sale today on PSN but it's still £54.99. Is that sale not happening anymore or was it just for the U.S.?
 
Don't suppose there are any deals (other than the usual CDKeys) on Steam Wallet vouchers, what with the proper Steam Christmas Sale coming up later this month?

And NFS MW Vita, but not enough free space on my 16G memory card. ;-)

I asked them what the deal was and when it should arrive. After 8 days, they have just sent me this...

So they now want to send me a loose copy of Bayonetta 1? Yeah because I sure as hell paid for that didn't I. And why would they need to contact the publisher? Surely the fault lies in Royal Mail or whoever lost it. I'm not sure if they are just fucking with me or what.

I don't know if i'm just extremely unlucky but I know I wont be shopping there again.

I certainly won't be using them either. Looking at Distance Selling Regulations, is it the case that they would have to pay return postage?

Returning faulty goods

If you receive faulty goods and wish to return them, The Distance Selling Regulations are in addition to your other legal rights.

So, if your goods are faulty and don’t do what they're supposed to, or don’t match the description given, you have the same consumer rights under the Sale of Goods Act as you have when buying face to face.

Any terms and conditions that say you must cover the cost of returning an item wouldn’t apply where the goods being returned are faulty.

You should just demand a full refund as you didn't get what you paid for. Threaten to do a chargeback if it isn't resolved in five working days.

As you are aware there are two ways to buy Bayonetta 1. Buy the special edition or contact NOE for a replacement disc. Sounds like they are doing the latter. Now replacement discs from NOE tend to cost as much as buying the game new...

To me it sounds like they made the same mistake most retailers did of listing Bayonetta 2 as coming with Bayonetta 1 but did not have the decency to warn their customers once this was clearly not the case. It is a real shame retailer had decency here, even Amazon just bait and switched the description and essentially caved into pressure.

As for videogamebox.co.uk. I took one look at their return address and said never. It is a residential property. I'm fine with dealing with amateurs via amazon marketplace etc but if you run a website you imply you are not one.

That's the thing though, I ordered the bundle, but they sent out the solus instead. They then said they would send me out a bayonetta 1, but that has mysteriously never arrived.
 
Assassin's Creed Unity PS4/XBO (special edition) is £34.98 on Zavvi today.

Tempted. What's the status of the game these days? It's the only one I haven't had since day 1. Something about it didn't click with me in the build-up so no pre-order. AssCreed burnout perhaps...

Is it worth getting DA:I or FC4 over this to keep me busy oer xmas. Keen to hear from other AC fans as to how this stacks up against the rest of the series.
 
Chance to buy a second hand, but mint, Wii U 32GB Mario and Luigi Premium back (with Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze) for £180.

Might bite, haven't seen any good < £200 deals on the premium for ages.
