I'm going to get them all if I can but I'm really excited about the suits for my Mii in MK8. Just started the game so haven't unlocked Mii yet but when I do it will be glorious! Want that Captain Falcon suit

They're using the exact same statement, coming from the same source.
Odds are NoA has no idea what's going on. Entertainment Earth's still doing preorders for another shipment in January 2015.

So I guess im joining this darn club, had a few bought already but decided I didn't won't to collect them all so gave them to my brother before I opened them.
Anyway I traded in COD tonight and couldn't find anything to spend the credit on so I bought Link. I knew I would be buying Zelda soon and Shiek and Ike are an absolute must so why not buy Link now before he gets harder to find.

They have all been fine, but I have gotten them from Amazon. No clue how good they would be from other companies.

Checked my local Target in search of a Marth and any early Wave 2 figures... store system also says that Marth has been discontinued.

Just preorder Ike if you can. FE characters aren't anywhere near as famous as Mario universe characters so we can assume any FE characters will have a good chance of being phased out.
Same here. Got a couple from Amazon and they both showed up in good shape.
I did the same, preordered 2 shulk, meta knight, and waiting for lucario pre order to start again.

Her, Link and Zelda from HW were my favorite versions of their designs ever.
Heck i'd buy every character from that game as an Amiibo even if they didn't do anything in any other games.
but that doesn't make sense for Nintendo so I doubt we ever see more than maybe Link as a special release.

So I've bought The Villager, Marth and Wii Fit Trainer...

Got $35 in best buy credit, since I need to use them by feburary, I might as well use them on all the Wave 2 Amiibo. Already have Captain Falcon and Little mac pre-ordered, will get: Zelda, Luigi, and Pit too. Hope I can get high quality ones, I'll get there early to make sure.

I was going to try to get all of them, but I'm starting to add it all up and it's going to be A LOT, especially once wave 3 hits. I think I'll stick to getting the Zelda characters, Samus, the exclusive and rare ones, and any other ones I think look cool. If I can get the others I will, but I don't think I'm gonna go out of my way to get them all (especially if I can't find Marth and the Villager and have a complete collection from the start).
And yeah, I hope they do Hyrule Warriors figures. I just started it today and DAMN is it good. And I know she isn't in Smash, but I'd kill for a Skyward Sword Zelda amiibo.

You've already lost. Your chain of thought started quite noble by saying you want to get just the Zelda characters, but you ended up broadening your list to include exclusive, rare, and cool amiibo.

Girl at GameStop said they were getting their second wave on Sunday so I pre-ordered Lil Mac and Captain Falcon.
Oh and I ordered WFT and Marth from EE so I almost have wave one in the bag. Wave 3 will be interesting because almost all of them are sold out already.
