Those designs look bad. What happened to the detail in... Almost everything? This looks like the models that use for those big fight scenes in Naruto.

Well them calling it tri seems to imply that it takes place after 02, but I guess their gonna retcon 02's ending otherwise this story really won't make sense.

At the very least, they seem to be completely throwing away the whole "Mimi moved to the USA" angle. Although I guess it could be just a "she did move to the USA, but soon afterwards came back to Japan!"
