All of these stores just canceling pre-orders. Terrible.

I've been preordering everything not store exclusive at GameStop in-store and have had zero issues and gotten everything as they receive them. All wave 1 on day 1, and wave 2A all at once last Friday. It's been very convenient.

This is absolutely ridiculous. People who pre ordered some amiibos right as they went live are getting canceled? How? Then what the fuck is the point of pre ordering?
 
Shit! I was just reading how all your orders were cancelled and sure enough I go in my email and every goddam wave 3 figure was cancelled!

What do we do?! I was looking forward from taking a rest from the hunt during wave 3.
 
Some wave 3 orders outside Lucario getting canceled sounds crazy. I'd be pissed if more orders were taken right before release. I do hope that Target slashes the quantities of some Rosalina orders though. Maybe down to 3 or something.
 
I'm calling corporate in the morning to complain for sure. Only bought from them due to the deal they had going.

Conveniently, they shipped all the 13.99 ones and cancelled the discounted ones...
 
My Pit and Captain Falcon Amiibo pre-order was canceled as well... I managed to order every single Amiibo through ToysRus, and yet the two I want the most are being canceled on me?
I pre-ordered these long ago, I must have been within their original shipment of them. What the actual flab!? Now I have to hunt down Pit and Cap elsewhere.

I preordered all mine almost minutes into each of their availability prolly a month+ ago for most I think its a site error. Wait did anyone else get Ike cancelled? he is wave 3 why would they cancell that surely he wasn't in stock anywhere yet.
 
Wow TRU is fucking people big time.

I expect Best Buy to pull the same crap eventually. Preordered Wave 3 weeks ago and I'm expecting the worst. Have Luigi, Pit, and Falcon to come and I'm not feeling good.

I still blame Nintendo though. They are handling this so poorly I can't even believe it.
 
Crazy you guys all got hit at once by TRU cancellations. Sorry everyone, guess you'll be hunting tomorrow with the rest of us unfortunately.
 
TRU is know for canceling preorders. You guys are gonna get an email or phone call mentioning "overwhelming demand" they canceled my marvel legends even though I preordered the first hour when it went up, about 1 month early.

I kinda of hate Nintendo for having a constrained supply, but I also kind of love them because of the amiibo craze the limited availability has caused. Hunting then all down is kind of fun even if occasionally frustrating.
 
Well fuckin a. My TRU preorders also got cancelled but my Luigi went through and they charger me only $8.39 for it. What da fak?!

Undershipping certain Wave 1 amiibo has caused this panic.

Not having a clear release for Wave 2 has caused this panic.

It's not even a month in and people are already resorting to importing because NA has been poorly stocked from the beginning. They didn't realize there would be demand and it's killing them (and us)
