true, and good point. But what if it wasn't on Sony's side, how would you know otherwise (unless you're a networking professional of course). Sometimes when my internet is out my first instinct isn't to call COMCAST to get it working. I check my router, modem, connections, etc. And if all is okay, then I call em. Try any and all of the possible solutions.
Well, I checked my PS4, and the Internet on it works fine. It's PSN that's not working. And it's not a single case. Seems pretty enough to me. Plus I pay for the service to work, it's not like free PSN times anymore, and the company should take more responsibility.
