I feel like you missed the point of his comment, but if you're going there, it doesn't seem fair to omit the two games on Xbox 360 that come with full licenses.
I'm not omitting the 360 games. Not everyone who has an Xbox one has a 360 anymore.
You get one game a month on xbox one. If you already paid for it. You're shit out of luck for another month.
I'd rather they stuck to giving us stuff that isn't already out for the system. Like chariot, volgarr, guacamelee. Then stuff they hope ppl will buy but because it sells like shit they then make it free. Which doesn't make much sense. Especially when the reason no one has bought it is because no one is interested in the first place. Making it free might actually get fans of d4 like myself actually get a finished product though so there is that.

I agree that new games are ideal for everyone, but I think that GwG is a great platform for promoting a game that "sells like shit" and that "no one is interested in in the first place."
What I like most about GwG and PS+ is being turned on to games that I might not otherwise have tried.
I'm not saying that MS should load up the GwG library with games that sold poorly because they're bad games, but I think most GAFers who played D4 really liked it, and maybe the lack of interest had more to do with a lack of awareness than anything.

A good solution would be every month 1 new game everyone is guaranteed to have not played before on Xbox One and then 1-2 (2 when the library is fuller) of the older 'other' or 'sold like shit' sorta games?
The game is truly great. One of the best games of last gen, even with it looking like shit on the 360.

Is there anyway to confirm purchase of games with gold on a pc? For ps+ I can use the internet and confirm purchase but when I try to get the games on ms website its trying to make me pay full price for it.

Yes, it works the very same way on the webstore for Xbox. You need to make sure you're signed into the same gamertag that has an active Gold membership. If it's not working for you, you may have to look at your sign-in details and ensure they're the same when logged into the site.

Not early. Xbox stuff on the store is done according to GMT, Deals with Gold always happens at UK (GMT) midnight and GwG always become available around that time, give or take an hour for daylight savings

You get the exact same message when purchasing the games directly off of the Xbox One. You should be fine, you can tell if you own One games on the website by visiting the web page for the game and it should say "Already purchased xx/xx/xx," the x being date numbers.

You were right, I forgot that I was signed up into the whole XBL rewards thing so my quick edit about the $1.70 is just the free money which I got from doing the surveys I think...and I also had to change the website to the Canadian version because it was set to the US version for some reason...
I successfully added D4 to my DL history so I look forward to playing it in the future!

As far as I'm aware, the current release is all that has been announced. It should be the whole first season, it's just one game.

Looks like those costume packs are released on a limited time basis. However, in November they made all the previous ones available again for a limited time. There's a chance they could do that again.

Each set was valid for two weeks only, so I suggest you grab the one you can immediately. They were limited time only gifts for people who actually supported the game.
You can still buy the soundtracks, however.

I envy everyone experiencing D4 for the first time, such an amazing game and experience.
Although not playing with Kinect is doing the game and yourself a huge disservice. This game is the perfect example of how Kinect can work to make the gaming experience a lot more enjoyable and interactive.
