About the only music I have on my computer is N*SYNC because my boyfriend is a huge fan. :P I'll just talk to her about it later and try not to be awkward.

My sister-in-law just moved in with us for a few weeks following a sudden change in living/relationship circumstances. I complained about the large gaps under the bedroom doors in our house and how we may want to stuff towels in front of them: "Oh, I'm not worried about you guys seeing my naked toes."

Thanks. Although I only gave away those things because this community is amazing. I just wanted to give back an ounce of the love and kindness GAF gave to me.

I'm going to raffle off a free X1 and Wii U later in the year too. I just love this communtiy and the happiness it can give each other :D

My own family abandoned me. GAF stepped in and became my family/support. I will never forget that.

I don't admit that I would look that bitchy normally (I giggle basicly non stop constantly). How people take photos where they look normal, sain and nice?

I am thinking should I just switch to this even though this is older...

You don't look bitchy at all. Also I love people that are always laughing and happy.

Edit: actually I know what you mean too. I've never loved taking pics. Never know how to take them right. I just get lucky from time to time lol But you look great in both. Really.

Hopefully this year is more gentle to you and we can see a wide smile in your face as well! But like I said before, you look very cute as you are. :)

I think that is what people generally think when they look at their own photos, that somehow they don't look right. Everybody else don't look them with as critical eye as you do yourself though. Hahah, or so I keep telling to myself. :p

Hey sweetie, there you are!

I haven't been at the gym for couple weeks either because it is closed for Christmas holidays. No need to feel bad about it though! It is totally fine to take it easy, it was Christmas after all! :D

My Christmas was brilliant, even though I was a bit sick myself. I am sure my back will be fine as soon as I can go back to my normal work out routine. ^_^ We can hold each other's hands and motivate each other!

He's a much bigger fan of boy bands than I am, but yes, I am very lucky. :3

Last night I showed him off to all my friends during karaoke. We sang Bye Bye Bye and Here We Go. Then Phantom of the Opera and Les Mis.

Actually, I met him a few years ago because of this thread. :P

That's a really good way to look at it. It's so true. We all have our own perceptions. I never had self esteem issues prior to my cancer. But the cancer took a lot from me. It took my dignity. My happiness. My mental health. And it took a heavy toll on my body. It also played a big part in me recently losing my best friend. Someone that meant the world to me. But I let it ruin our relationship and now she won't talk to me. I actually considered leaving GAF because I didn't want to be around her.

But I feel like now that I'm slowly getting back my physical health, I'm finally getting back everything that was taken from me. And I always felt embarrassed and ashamed of how I looked after my cancer. So your kind words (and others) has given me so much confidence. It goes beyond just being given a compliment. It's me knowing that I'm finally getting back to who I was. And I'm so so happy.

I'm ready to move on. Im so happy and ready to live my life and get it back too. You guys are so awesome. :)
