Just getting back into it after a layoff. I usually do a 3 day rotation:
Day 1 - Chest & Back superset - this day is crazy and needs a pre-workout boost
Day 2 - Arms
Day 3 - Legs & Shoulders
Sprinkle in off days as your body tells you. It's been crazy at home lately with wife/work/Kid, but I have to get back on the grind.

Yeah three days is good when you have a family. Good stuff man. I go about 5 days a week so I cover everything there is. Each day between 1h to 2hs. I never have pre-work outs. Apparently they do boost you during sessions pretty good.

Some inspirational stuff in here. I am sort of fit, but I could do far more looking at you guys. I need to stop being lazy and sign up for a gym.
Will look into getting something. I only started taking multi vitamin packs but atm I'm trying to bulk up to 90kg then shred down all lean muscle after I gain a bit of size.I know it's probably just caffeine, but a serving or two of NO-XPLODE always did the trick for me.

I had something happen to me at the same age but I ended up turning to drugs and getting with a real bad crowd and got really skinny, I was 140 at one point which is really small for me, it took me a long time to get over that and it was my goal to beef back up. Im about 200 now. Drug free for 5 years.

Feels amazing doesn't it? Only a few years ago it was a chore for me to even run up stairs, getting all out of breath up one flight. All I wanted was to feel like I did in High School, I was fit and happy. When I finally started approaching my goal weight, it was the most liberating feeling in the world. Like whhhy did I waste so much prime time in my life being overweight? Gaaah.
Anyway, seriously congratulations. So much inspiration on GAF <3
