Also after seeing that I needed to take a pic of me in high boots as well. So here is me today. (Sorry for the oversized jacket, zero make up and crappy quality)

nice.

Bruh i used to be 61kg but now I'm 80kg. What I'm trying to say is it's not that hard. Gym for three months will get you 10kg easy if you use mass gainer as well.

Broke ass kid with a small appetite as it is. Fill me with your wisdom, senpai! I want to feel it overflowing in me.

Chicken and Yams. A burpie is jumping while stretching your arms straight up and then going right into a push up and repeat.

Can I substitute potatoes for yams? :D

First of all thank you for your kind words.

And secondly, I am laughing so hard! :D Now I know what I want to look like. At least I am back on cut as we speak. I need way tinier waist compared to current. Your post was full of motivation. ^_^

Yes sir! I am planning to do my very best. :D

I do hope you do. :p

I know that feeling all too well.

It was plenty of snow and minus 22 Celsius / minus 8 Fahrenheits in here.

I was out walking for two hours.

Hahahha. A male friend of mine (just a friend, nothing romantic in it) when seeing me after a long while said that "when I look at your legs I can only imagine that they would crush my head if I would go down on you". Talk about awkward...

I wish it wouldn't be that easy for me to sleep like 16 hours...

Hey, I can live with that as well. ;)

You do look great. Huge difference from your previous pics. Gj!

Yams are better but sure. You got to eat a lot though. A protein powder is always good. I'm talkin like 3 or 4 chicken breasts for dinner. I picked up one of the big boxes of frozen breasts for like 30 bucks, much cheaper that way. And like 2 whole potatoes. Also, chick peas and kidney beans, lots of them.

Don't buy any games for a few months to afford supplements and gym membership. Buy protein mass gainer, drink it with milk in the morning (two scoops) and after your session. Work on building strength based however much your goal is, switch to almost max strength then do 12 reps after a few months/when you reach goal to bulk up. Eat like a cow. Achieve whatever weight you want, (mine is 90-95kg) then shred down (Mine is 80-85 with 7-10% body fat) and get the muscles toned. This will take at least a year.

Eating honestly becomes a job. You gotta put food down even if you aren't hungry. I went from 220 to 270 in a period of 5 months. Put on a fair amount of fat and muscle. Dreamers bulk is the way to go.

I'm back to 260 after dropping to 240 this pass summer.

3-4? Fuck me, lord knows if I can finish one and a half, much less two.

I actually don't buy games anymore.
Lies I bought WoW: WoD two weeks ago
I just like to spend money on clothes and shit. :x But thanks for the advice. Thing is I'm just scared of being the smallest person walking into the gym

Most people at the gym are friendly and not meatheads.

From my experience everyone is usually to themselves. Thankfully I hadn't had anyone be mean aside from being a little too impatient waiting for equipment. If anything I feel insecure sometimes because there's a lot of attractive people there haa

Holy shit you look amazing! That is such a great shot.

I need to start working out again ugh. Everyone keeps saying I should do yoga, but the only class around here is hot yoga, and I am not sure if that'd be good for me with the RA and all or not.

I think yoga would be a great idea. I'm talking more traditional yoga. No clue how legit hot yoga is. I would like to start doing yoga sometime soon. I need to improve my flexibility.

I stretch every morning is a habit I developed during my time playing basketball at school it truly helps, especially in the cold.

Milk and PB are good for putting on pounds for sure. A good protein powder is one that doesnt have 1000 ingredients on the label, thats kind of a gimmick. There should be like 4 ingredients, Protein, Carbs and some digestive enzymes and maybe 1 or 2 more things. Optimum Nutrition is a good brand.

Awwww thank you so much! Everyone in here is so nice and encouraging me to continue to work out! Love you all. <3

I started to work out last year March. I don't do yoga since my back isn't in good enough condition yet, but I do pilates, Nordic walking and lifting. At least pilates is easy so start I think and it will strenghten your core. I really enjoy it. :)

Hahha, after that pic of Chun Li, I thought it was mandatory. :p

Is that time of night already..
where you come to torment me ;P welcome back
Hahahah. Yep, it is already 6.30 am in here. I can't be that long though, I need at least some sleep this night. :p
But yes, I am back here to haunt you. ;)

You do look great. Huge difference from your previous pics. Gj!
Awwww, thank you! That means a lot coming from you! ^_^

Hahah, even though I think that is just a good pose. :p I am still cutting. I need to lose at least 30 pounds and get smaller waist. Oh well, with time and patience.

Most people at the gym are friendly and not meatheads.
That is true. People at the gym are generally extremely friendly and helpful. When I started to go there I weighted 50 pounds more than I do now and yet I felt that it was a friendly environment. :)

You seem fun. :lol
He is certainly awesome. <3

Like 5 or 6 people commented on my beard today. So weird because I haven't done anything to it lately. Idk maybe that extra sleep made me look healthier or something lol.

Also I wish I could do handstands like Szu
I also very much love your beard!

I'll check it out this week at GNC thanks man.

I need to stop posting in that Hobbit thread now.

who believes this stereotype? Lol but yeah certain people need a partner on order to stay motivated. Before I used to go alone at 6am gym is empty and I concentrate better.

I'd definitely need a partner who knows what they're doing, if not a trainer.

This one was pretty good but it didn't affect me like my friend said it will. On the other hand "Homunculus" hit me really fucking hard.

PunPun wrecked me on an emotional level. I will also try out Homunculus.

Mates, I am around 6'1 and my weight is 147lb. Started going back to the gym, for four days a week. Two days of cardio and two days of strength training. Now I will have to switch this up with Shawn T and P90X due to moving to a foreign land where a gym will not be near me. Bought myself high quality resistance bands to prep myself. However I am concerned about my diet. Hearing how other volunteers lose weights significantly during their two years service, I wonder how much body weight I should prepare to lose. There's a chance my body fat will be 8-10 percent by the time I get back, and that's without exercising.

I also enjoy gym time since it allows me to indulge in my NPR (Morning Edition and All Things Considered are my jams).

Don't worry, the first two months is gonna be really annoying and shit. Not because of others or anything but you just compare yourself too much. All this is normal but the memo is just don't quit. That's all. Oh yeah and try not injure yourself. I broke my shoulder and i was out for a whole year. That fucked me up

Glad that you were able to get back in action deadlifting the boobs on your animu figurines.

Nah but f'real, thanks guys. Let's hope this is something I manage to start and actually stick with. I have a tendency to abandon things that are good for me.

Time for me to hit the hay.

It also seems to me like PirateKing never sleeps. He's active when I wake up, and active throughout the time that I sleep.

I have also like 30 pounds extra on me. I can be an official fat donator! :D

I guess I'll just take like 3-4 pounds from each of you guys. I'll be a normal (healthy) body weight in no time! :D

gud nite peepz

A friend sent me a snapchat this morning of him at the gym today asking me where I am. I really need to go back, I haven't worked out in so long. Just gotta get motivated I guess :D

Thank you!!
You are very welcome
and damn sexy with your gorgeous eyes and that facial hair.

And yes, getting motivated and keeping motivated can be challenging. To me it is easy since to me it is basicly a must to keep myself pain free. Herniated disk is no joke (but I am still oddly glad that I got it since there has been numerous positive benefits because of it).

Yoga looks like a ton of fun, I like doing poses and shit, but my doctor wants me to take a class and not learn from youtube, says I could hurt myself. Blah.

I live in the middle of f'in nowhere, so classes are few and far between. I need to look into hot yoga more, and figure out if it's legit.

I do know that its purpose is to make you sweat so maybe it would help you lose water weight? I would rather just do yoga as that makes me sweat enough. More flexible, core strength, blah blah blah.

Doing yoga on your own should be fine as long as your careful. Classes would be more fun cause you are doing it in a group. Either way, I think you would be fine.

Awwww, thank you! That means a lot coming from you! ^_^

You put in the work and you can tell.

I stretch every morning is a habit I developed during my time playing basketball at school it truly helps, especially in the cold.

I bought a foam roller to help me with all of that.

Haha i got a good collection of figures and statues. Although i make my own and paint them as well but haven't in sometime. Maybe i should get back into painting again.
I'm also starting my piano lessons in about four months so i got a few things that i wanna do :P

Don't let age get the best of you but I know the feel, still plenty of time to correct this so don't get discouraged.

oh I'm not worried at all and discouraged is the last thing on my mind. Honestly, I'm more lazy when it comes to stretching or core work. I know it is important, I just would rather do something else lol.

True lol you be like " where's the heavy weights bruh?" I can't lie I be like this.

You put in the work and you can tell.
After the Christmas feast and break, I am back on track. I just want to do this cutting right so I don't have huge work of building the muscles back again. So far so good. FitGAF is definitely a huge help. :)

All the foamrollers were sold out! I would have bought one. Now I need to wait.

The main thing this thread is teaching me is that GAF men are very attractive.
I am so with you on this! They really are!

welcome to my world

Yeah I am likely just going to give in and follow a youtube channel or something because seriously, fuck driving an hour just to do a class (not to mention paying for said class) when I could likely learn from the interwebs just fine.

good call, I wouldn't drive an hour for that either

Hopefully you feel somewhat satisfied spending that money.

Best money I ever spent on getting in shape was a heavy bag with some gloves and wraps. Throw on some tunes and kick the shit out of it for 30 min a day and you're ripped in no time. Its fun too.

I agree with this sentiment any gym does the job. Around where I live there's only Planet fitness gyms everywhere so It's whatever tho it's cheap and gets the job done.

Not to mention I live in a 5th floor with the constant up and down that's extra cardio lol

Gaf it's past midnight what y'all guys/girls up 2?
