Yeah I got burned with buying DLC for PS3 Burnout Paradise with a play-asia sourced disc.
so no my polices are:
1- I don't buy DLC any more
2- I only have a US PSN. There are Australian PSN's?
The only DLC I would consider is something along the lines of Blood Dragon.
anyhoo, gonna have to wait 10 days till my montly quota ticks over to DL FC4 anyway.
No probs, I have that Infamous expansion and Captain Toad on its way.
First Light seems a bit better than Second Son, oh so po faced and edgy.
I'm missing the insane fun of Sunset Overdrive.

Yeah it's not a big issue. Just need to buy credit from Amazon and do a bit of jumping through hoops if you want to remote play.
Oh also if it's a cross buy game (which these aren't) with Vita you need to make sure the PSN account on the mem card is US.

Weird, we have our alarm set to 6am and it didn't affect us.
Depends if you've got your time set to automatic (carrier settings), they've fixed it now but it doesn't help all those people who rocked up to work an hour early

1) God damn have I bought a lot of 3DS games and
2) FUCK I LOVE THE 3DS
Seriously awesome system. And I still don't have Donkey Kong Country Returns (loved it on the Wii but those controls ><) and the new Mario & Luigi yet. Aaah so much good shit to play. Currently clearing through Smash, Kirby triple deluxe and Mario Golf.

I (bizarrely) ended up buying my games room TV from Harvey Norman of all places. 42" Bravia with a shitload of ports at the back for $550. Yeah, I wouldn't have picked it either, but the local JB and Good Guys had nothing special going on that day.
So far all I've used it for is test that YouTube works on it so uh yay.
And oh yeah Clive I forgot for a second the 'average' word was on M&L 3DS. I was blinded by my unbounded love for the first GBA one

Harvey Norman is actually pretty good with these things. As with all big box stores, talk down the price because someone out there is desperate enough for a sale/commission.
I know that if you buy multiple items, like a camera body and screen wipes, JB Hi Fi is generally more willing to discount items. I think it has something to do with how their KPI system works.

You'll be waiting a week though, I noticed they all had the longest time for them. I've already entered in one, I'll try and go through a bunch more. I know the trophy is bugged though and I suspect there's a very specific circumstance (like being online when the challenges finish or some shit) but Evo are aware and will patch it.
