Game plays better with. A controller then swap to kinect for the action scenes. There is only one in each episode. 2 in the last if I remember although you kinda need to know when they'll pop up as you can't switch whilst in the sequence.
Do you know how long the top selling list is for? past week? month?

I only just noticed it yesterday. It might have been in the top five for some time, but I suspect its appearance in the top five is down to going GwG.
It's currently number 2 by the way, just behind Black Flag.
How do you know?
Giving it away free to day one owners then making it a GWG is a slap in the face imo.

A friend of mine told me. He wanted to give me the code of the free Limbo, but he lost the LIVE message, because they disappear after 30 days. Therefore he contacted the Support to ask for a new one, but did not get one... however, the support told him, that the game is part of the GwG program and that he should not worry to get it for free.

Outside of the billing department, first-level Live support is pretty unreliable in my experience. I doubt they even have that kind of information.

So Microsoft seem to be pulling a First Light with the Witcher. Not on the store, can't download on the console. Nothing. It's like its not there. Never had that before with a GwG title.

I managed to download it just fine here in Canada, and I wasn't able to find it on the site but did on the console.
The service is fucked right now since they're doing updates. CS told me that they moved a lot of game pages around to private links hence why a lot aren't working.
Tales of Vesperia was an example, I couldn't find it, but later it was back up.

It's on the US Xbox.com just now, and I just got from the UK store too.
They must have fixed whatever it was.

The way the 360 installs retail discs isn't the same way a game via GonD is distributed.
So multi disc would have been for voice acting and such, but both discs had redundant world data so you didn't have to swap when you crossed a certain boundary. The 360 disc install function installs all the data on each disc. The GonD version only needs one copy of that data.

I still can't download Witcher 2. If I search, it says 0 results. If I click on the ad on my dashboard, it says "Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later." and error code 800700E8. Is no-one else still having this problem? It's not my connection, I browsed the marketplace just fine and even downloaded the Monopoly trial.

Woo Hoo! The witcher 2. Always wanted to play that one but end up playing Mass Effect. Is going to take a while to download 7GB! Ouch.

Game downloaded really fast and so far is really confusing. There's no option to slow down the camera like other games so I don't feel in control', it moves too fast. And I tried for like 15 minutes to beat the tutorial part when you need to do a Riposte. I kept parrying (or at least I think I did) but the sword sign never came out.

I had the same issue with the beginning of the game. It started off slow and I gave up. This was about a year ago when it was on sale for $5. Haven't played it since. The controls are not very intuitive on the controller.

Well, unfortunately I cannot get Witcher 2 as the offer is not available in my region (Saudi Arabia). Is there any workaround to get it?

I'm mixed for the game right now.
The character designs and setting is awesome so far. A Mature fantasy setting, full of hot naked chicks, murder, swearing, dragons, elves, people to save and assholes to kill. Everyone looks great, except the main character with his cat eyes and stupid haircut.
I like the main character personality so far, he seem to be really wise and has a way with words. Enemy design is also top notch.
However, I'm not digging the gameplay. Fighting is pretty wonky, I feel like my attacks don't do anything. Low level imp enemies take like 12 hits to die! The magic is really weak also. The spell to trap enemies, ''traps'' then but then they dodge my attacks anyway? The spell to control enemies get's blocked most of the time. I just find myself using the shield spell the most. But I keep dying.
Menus are kind of hard, I'm lost most of the time but I'm slowly getting used to. Is pretty much the opposite of Kingdoms of Amalur. It offers what the game lacked (good character models, sex, a story with characters i'll remember but lacks on the gameplay aspect. (I was actually looking for the fights in KOA)

Make sure you're using your steel sword for humans and your silver sword for monsters. Use blade oils and potions to buff your damage and abilities. Keep your shield up (quen) and roll constantly. Roll behind enemies and backstab them.

So i recently bought a Xbox One with a three month prepaid XBL Gold card. Yesterday i went to the webstore to download all the GWG for the One and the 360. Of course i couldn't because MS wants me to give them my credit card details. Is there any way around this? After they charged an expired credit card to extend my gold membership on the 360, i swore to myself to never give MS any kind of payment details anymore.
if you do it through the console you don't need a card (I think)
you could add a paypal account if you have one.
