NFL 2014 CC |OT| Holy Grail

I watched the Packers/Seahawks game at the local bar with a bunch of Packers fans. The depression in the air after the game was palpable. To watch your team dominate for so long, just to blow it in the blink of an eye had to just hit you right in the kidney soul.

Go Hawks! Go Wussle! Go America! Fuck the Pats!

"Well I'm the best corner in the game! When you try me with a sorry receiver like Crabtree, that's the result you're gonna get! Don't you ever talk about me! Crabtree, don't you open your mouth about the best, or you want me to shell it for you real quick', LOB!"

You are doing the Lord's work, my friend.

I have a question for those that have better knolledge on football, how much of an assett can Browner be for the Pats in giving the patriots coaches and players info on THE Seahawks secondary mind set?, not talking about their strategy, but just the mentality and way of aproaching the game.

I still think Seahawks are going to win regardless.

I feel very loved right now!! :')
You deserve the repeat, rando! 73/74 Dolphins style! :')

I'm immune to the hate at this point.
Dutch right now:

They play again next year, Phins at home this time. Can't wait to go to that game :')

Both teams 1-1 against each other in Tannehill-Luck era.
I would love to say they are the future of the AFC but I don't really have faith in either team's front office, haha. Luck will win his division almost every season at least!

I really want to come back to Miami for another game. Colts/Dolphins would be such a cool one!

Good series of tweets from Bedard on Goodell. Hard to disagree with him.

Greg A. Bedard @GregABedard
Don't know if Patriots under-inflated balls. Don't know if it mattered. What I do know: zero faith Goodell would ever get to truth.

Situations like this are exactly why I said Goodell should be out and why the NFL needs an independent commissioner. No credibility

Too many conflicts of interests with the owners. Who came out in September to back Goodell on national TV in moment of need? Robert Kraft

I like Goodell, but he brought this on himself when he brazenly decided to be judge, jury & executioner, and then failed miserably at it.

Nice to have to have a HEEL vs FACE match up for the Supabow.

Wonder if Seahawks will be on the ropes all match and Hulk up again at the end.

Surprised to see most of the US picking the Patriots, when most 'experts' seem to be leading with Seattle. I think fans are probably "what have you done for me lately," and they see New England crushing Indy and Seattle barely winning at home.. in a game that had shots of their infamous "12th man" pouring into the parking lot with 5 minutes left. But, Seattle undoubtedly seems like the strongest team in the NFL and a bigger matchup problem for New England, than the other way around. NE suffers against teams with strong front 4's that can pressure Brady without blitzing, and then clutch, accurate quarterbacks who avoid mistakes. It's what both Giants teams were and it's exactly what Seattle is (except 2014 Seattle is bounds better than 2007 and 2011 NYG, IMO).

Hogan was a major douche in the late 80s and 90s.

I mean he probably has insight into what the personality of the team is, but I'm not sure if that is that important or if it's even a secret. The Seahawks are not exactly a quiet, reserved group that tries to hide their personality like the Patriots do.

Likewise, I'm sure he wouldn't be much help with strategy either, since I don't think what they do is particularly complicated or obtuse. They're pretty obvious about what they do defensively, they just recognize offenses and communicate well, and are disciplined, quick and sure tacklers.

No players ever switch teams in the NFL...It's irrelevant.

I'm just thankful that Jackson let the refs know, after making an interception. Thanks Mr. Jackson! We'll get those balls out of here so the Pats don't throw another interception all day.

You the best Mr. Jackson.

They probably only ran 100 something plays in the game. The refs barely touched the ball..

The refs handle the ball every single down.

Still can't understand how deflated balls would get past the referees

What's funny about this is that the refs were informed by Indy before halftime that there might be an issue. So before Deflategate = 10 point differential. After Deflategate = lulz differential. Obviously it was a huge advantage...

It was a huge advantage like the Patriots actually having a team and the Colts having like two or three guys.
