So does one's take on the presser depend on if you think Brady isn't in a lot of commercials because he can't act or because he's too good at it?
My man sounded like he was going to cry up there. That man is scared something he had no knowledge of is going to tarnish his legacy. I believe folks. I believe.
It makes it easy to believe him when you look at his performance after the balls were swapped and compare it to the performance before.
There is no way in hell a ball attendant deflated 11 footballs by exactly 2 PSI without explicit instructions to do so. His or her sole job is to maintain those in a playable state.
The Patriots are circling the wagons and hoping this goes away. They are playing the safe bet that telling the same lie with protect them, and it very well may. But trying to toss blame on some poor person just doing their damn job is laughable.
Brady has been playing professional football since 2000, and he's been playing the game for far longer than that. He is full of shit trying to argue that he couldn't feel the difference in the balls. Full of shit. This is some lawyered-up bullshit. I can't believe folks are falling for it.
What legacy? He's a system QB who has never won anything without cheating. Outside of cheating, what's his "legacy"? Being a crybaby? Throwing tantrums? Being a poor sport? Whining for penalties?
I chuckled at that.Tom Brady: Some guys like old balls.
Time Magazine's upcoming quote of the year
That is very likely the reason that ball was left unaltered.
Yep. The amount of mental gymnastics you have to go through to believe he didn't realize they were deflated, that they didn't feel any different...is staggering.
But Pats fans are in here saying they believe him and he seems so sincere.

Jesus, what team do you root for? You just straight up fucking hate Tom Brady. Chill out, youll live longer.
Francesser going in post-conference.
"How is it possible the NFL hasn't interviewed the quarterback yet? ITS THURSDAY!"
"NFL doesn't want it done. They're gonna wait to hammer them into next year. They think this story is going to go away but the NFL doesn't get in. It's going to be a feeding frenzy."
"11 of 12 balls underinflated all by 2 pounds... but nobody at Patriots knows what happened? Ok."
"Did you hear Brady or Belichick say they talked to anyone in their organization about what happened? ANYONE?"
"Pats believe in fair play? Ok. That's where we're at now. Fined half a million for cheating but they're about fair play."
"Payton got suspended a year, didn't say anything about integrity of sport, all because you didn't like him"
"Why hasn't Bob Kraft said anything? Why isn't he finding out what's happened inside his team?"
I'm a Jets fan and even I can see how horribly wrong you are. What legacy? He's a system QB who has never won anything without cheating. Outside of cheating, what's his "legacy"? Being a crybaby? Throwing tantrums? Being a poor sport? Whining for penalties?
And other people are latching on to any teeny tiny little detail and trying to make it sound like Brady and Belichick should be given the death penalty and the NFL abolished and outlawed. Both sides are dumb, as is usually the case on the Internet. They're either totally innocent Angels of Heaven who raise stranded kittens in their spare time, or guilty monsters who throw babies in blenders, freeze them, and pour them over the football to obtain a lower PSI. No in between. And I say this as a life long Chiefs fan.
Don't have to be a Pats fan to not go nuts over it. Now we're being told the balls were fixed during the 2nd half and that was when the team played better.
I'm just not seeing why I should be so up in arms yet. Fan or not. Seems like everyone has an agenda here.

"In a situation like this, sometimes the toughest moments bring up the best things, and the support from the people who love you, and I appreciate the support."
PATS FANS: TOM BRADY APPRECIATES US... WE MUST KEEP IT UP
Lol somebody in media will go to town on thst ISIS comment for no reason
Has there been a more boring sports controversy than this? I can't think of one.
Well he is a meathead athlete. He probably doesn't even know what psi is."How can Brady say he likes the ball at 12.5 if he also says he can't tell the difference?"
It doesn't matter what he says, people already made up their minds.
Adding to that I'm especially not seeing the big deal when in this year alone the NFL has dealt with domestic abuse, child abuse, and dirty plays trying to injure on the field.
Unless someone has some statistics or something that can actually quantify what 2 pounds per square inch means in terms advantage in the game I don't see it. People within the NFL itself disagree about its importance.
Mark Brunell doesn't buy it.
Also, Brady and the Pats actually did way better in the second half. After they were fixed :lolAdding to that I'm especially not seeing the big deal when in this year alone the NFL has dealt with domestic abuse, child abuse, and dirty plays trying to injure on the field.

At the end of the day I think the Pats were behind this in some way. Just finding it hard to care.
After much research and long nights, I have found the culprit.
