I'm getting real sick of this.
I have Walmart account but for damn sure didn't bother taking a chance so I did guest checkout.
Thanking Azula again for them Kawaii Amiibo dots!
Sheik is going to be specially hard to find because most people, like me, expected her to be common...
Now lets hope Wal Mart doesn´t cancel my order, with that I´m set with sheik! Now all I need is Rosalina (Mario and Kirby) and I have nothing to fear.
Also, for those who still have not gotten a Sheik from walmart, KEEP REFRESHING THE PAGE. Wal Mart normally releases them in small bursts, if you are fast enough you can order from them and they rarely cancel orders. If it says sold out keep trying for at least a few minutes, that is how I got sheik and pit last time.

Tell me about it. I'm in Green Bay and I just hate it when I see all these cool exclusives and promotions and such at stores like Nintendo, Lego, and Disney.
I'm in Virginia, and the Amiibo situation in the stores here is atrocious. On Launch day of Smash/Amiibos I went to 4 different places, Two Gamestops, a target and a TRU and I never saw a SINGLE Marth. The Walmart near me, like most other peoples it seems has never even gotten a single wave 2 in stock and their selection has always been pathetic at best. Target never has anything and TRU has a million Peach, Kirby and Pikachus.
It feels to me like NoA is just getting greedy while at the same time neglecting their consumer base. It seems they don't have to work as hard to keep consumer interest I guess as NoE does, so they can get away with slapping us around, and we take it.
They're the only region thus far that even HAS Retailer exclusive Amiibos, and to top it off now they're capitalizing on selling them at the NWS, which of course people are going to go above and beyond to obtain because we're all so tired of the Sh*tfest that has been the Amiibo launch thus far. From Target's ungodly hour Pre-order sessions, to TRU's mass eff ups and order cancellations- it's just been one big disgusting mess.

Nah Step 3 is best. Wouldn't surprise me either. or at least Step 3 included Villager, WFT, Marth and then some of the Wave 2 rares.
Wondering if anyone in Amiibo GAF was able to hit Nintendo World in time?
We need a Step 3 version with Iwata dressed as the Joker.
Do you think I can sled there from Boston before they run out?

Its not mine, but thank you for that! I appreciate it. Its nice to know people care about me.I have two, one unboxed and one boxed. Also, I´m a reseller (I import them to Mexico and sell them for below what they are going for here, that is a 5 dollars commission. This stuff is impossible to find here) , so as a principle I don´t take amiibos when they are offered to me here, also why I don´t participate in giveaways because they should go to people who really need them. I have a higher chance of getting them since this is my job. I don´t scalp tho, I only bought for me and for orders I get, with a few extras if I believe something is rare.

They are somewhat aware of scalpers, as I've overheard of the employees asking a kid if these are for him or for the guy who came with him, but they can't really refuse a sale for that reason.
Also, some guy was there buying Donkey Kong and Kirby, and the cashier looked super surprised when he said he doesn't want any of the new ones.

Looks pretty bad, but it could be worse. That actually looks like it could be glued together with very little remaining visible damage.
As an aside, my Captain Falcon kind of looks like that happened to it, despite being purchased brand new - it has excess glue around the stand and on a seem in the leg.

Wish I had participated in the hunt earlier but I just now had the urge to get them. I'm only going after the ones I really want, not whole sets for each wave. I'm also not going to bother ordering online. I think it's more fun to use up gas and travel around looking for them in store, haha.
Seems Fox is already gone or very rare, right? Mega Man comes out on my birthday at TRU so hopefully I can nab one.

Speaking of Shulk, the GameStop store I usually go to told me that they might not get enough for preorders, and if that is the case they´ll be giving them in the order people arrive to pick up their preorders. So I have to be sure to be the first on the line before opening to be sure I get it.
This suuuuucks.
