And why should she have to respond to people that do not agree with her? She has a series where she exposes problems she notices in gaming. I disagree with her all the time, but I do not feel like she should have to explain herself to me. She has an opinion. Deal with it. But that does not mean she should not have to put up with this bullshit and she has every right to try to expose them and shame them any way she can.

I don't think you're really qualified to say something like this. Receiving hundreds of rape/murder threats a day has to take a toll, and you can't say "It wouldn't bother me" unless you've been there.
This is also directly pertinent to the argument she's trying to make: that there's a problem with the way women are received in the gaming community. Unless you want her to also show tumblr posts from people politely arguing that the other tumblr posts are "just the internet bro" and that she shouldn't care about them?
Even if you do have the thickest skin in the world and this wouldn't bother you, we live in a world where depression is a very real thing, and where comments like that can hurt someone. Why should we not be outraged that a person could be harassed like this for simply making inoffensive YouTube videos? Send it to Twitter and ask if this is what their service supports. Send them to gamergaters insisting it's about ethics in journalism. Send them to outlets thinking things have improved and gg is over. Don't ignore it, don't wish it would just go away.
Expose the scum.

To be fair, I'm sure a reasonable amount of them are less evil, and more just actually aren't that smart and don't have empathy as you said. Failure to recognize that you're being played by the actual evil people to suit their own agenda, failure to realize that your words matter, failure to realize that her videos don't insult you, etc.
I mean I agree it's completely terrible, but I think it's worth considering that some of these people might not be literally satan (some), but rather might actually just have very low intelligence/have never matured and are throwing temper tantrums.

Feminist Frequency's Kickstarter total: $158,922
44% went to salaries/wages. In other words:
(Sarkeesian salary)/$158,922 = 44/100
We can change the 44/100 to .44 for simplicity. Then, to remove $158,922 from the equation, we multiply both sides by that amount.
158,922 x .44 = 69925.68
Why are you assuming the pay is evenly spit and he is getting that amount? Regardless, living costs don't drastically change over 2 years so it's quite easy to give an estimate how much it would cost but she hasn't done that.

Sometimes it is important to recognize the scale of a problem before people take it seriously. For example, if I have a class of students and one student typically cheats per semester... I'm likely not going to think the problem is that big of a deal. Punish the cheater, that's the end of it. If every semester I have twenty kids that are cheating, the scale of the problem necessarily means something else is deeply wrong, and I have to try to find solutions for it. Is someone selling a cheating program for my specific class? Do I need to increase the complexity and type of problems I offer my students in order to make cheating more difficult?
Many people - including in this topic - continually try to downplay what Anita receives. They say she's exaggerating, she's doing it to herself, she likes it. But the reality is nobody likes shit like this, it's a pathetic position on its face. And as clear as the sun is hot, this problem continues to be one that needs demonstrating and highlighting.

The thing is I don't think there is a realistic solution to the problem. There are daily death/rape threats going on in twitter and the internet as a whole for a lot of people. What is twitter or any other site going to do about it? They can't ban 100000 users a day, and even if they do, others will follow eventually and the cicle will continue. There's just no way to stop it, all one can do is ignore and pity them.
