So two days ago I was at mediamarkt in Germany and saw two Rosalina amiibos. I really didn't want to buy one, as I already knew, that I get addicted to that...So I wandered through the 3DS section when a man with his wife/girlfriend appeared and took both Rosalina figures. They looked at all the amiibos for at least half an hour to find some other ones I guess, they were still there when I left the store.

So yesterday I walked into another store and saw a Little Mac amiibo for 13€...so I bought that one and some others. I hate myself for spending that money but I can't help it.

As much as I dislike EB Games, they're probably the best place to get Amiibo in Australia and New Zealand. They don't sell out online within minutes. The shipping is pretty reasonable and you can pick up in-store for free. No fighting crowds. Reasonable stock levels. I can't imagine the headaches people in the States are going through.

I don't recall Shulk selling out within minutes? I thought I saw him online for a day or two when I was on the fence about him. Shulk and Ike were certainly the fastest to sell out though, and Lucina (and now Robin) in wave four. I'm guessing the Codename STEAM functionality pushed them ahead of Ness.

Ah I meant today, rather than the pre-orders - he was back in stock temporarily but then sold out within five minutes on the EB Games online store. I really ought to have pre-ordered him from EB Games to begin with rather than Mighty Ape...oh well, live and learn!

I think one thing I like about the Mega Man Amiibo so much is how simple he is (in a good way). Sleek, awesome colour, no stand needed! He just stands on his own awesomeness.

Thats another thing I just realised looking at my wave 3, all the stands are the clear plastic stuff and they're a lot less noticeable than the random coloured ones from some of the before figures.

I'm glad Nintendo got that message, what were they thinking?! Clear plastic stands exist, you know this because you even used it on some of the others, don't experiment with the other stuff!

Shulk, Mega Man and Bowser are probably my favs from wave 3. <3

Definitely. I've always preordered in-store and haven't had any issues.

When I hear that the U.S. have retailer exclusives and all those preorder sell outs it makes me realise how good we have it at the moment.
