Persona 4: Dancing All Night features over 30 tracks, ranging from newly written music to arranged versions of previous Persona music.

There are only 3 slots with question marks that are not repeats. The last one with 5 question marks is Persona 5. Another reveal is Persona 4: Dancing All Night, which is most likely the one that precedes:

The last remaining slot would be the one following:

21:30 – A two-hour special digest of the first two installments in the Persona 3 anime movie series, Spring of Birth and Midsummer Knight’s Dream.

So I think this is a Persona 3 The Movie #3 trailer. This one could be something else, but I think that's the likeliest possibility.

The November 2013 stream was fantastic, they trolled but ended up delivering Persona 5 as well as 3 other games. I don't think that an announcement can ever top that stream.
