Gamestop.com glitch: Buy Dying Light season pass ($20), full game for free [DEAD]

Looks like I just bought the season pass and that's it. When you guys redeemed the code, did it say it was for the full game or the season pass?

Call it a hunch, but the companies are chalking this one up to the astute consumer as a well done for catching it, we're going to give you that plus what you first paid for, and hopefully you'll tell your friends you liked the game. Just a hunch.

Well got my season pass today in my notifications. What a crazy deal I honestly can't believe it. Helps that the game is pretty damn fun too.
 
thats a crazy deal. One of the only times I am actually here when a deal like this happens....also one of the few times where I didnt have the money for it at the time. /facepalm

I'm salty about people laughing it up that I missed it. I know it's my own fault that I wasted my money. The OP said it MIGHT be dead. Everyone was still posting about getting the pass for free. I got all amped up and figured I'd give it a shot before it was too late. I wasn't mad for not getting it or anyone in here until people started being jerks. I deserve it, yeah ok, thanks.

I really feel bad for you. OP should have been updated but I can understand why someone would get a chuckle out of it too. It's a shitty situation though.

Rule of thumb in any glitch/price error/sale thread on any forum. Always check the date started then read the last page and latest posts. I was laughing because you were pretty LTTP on it by a few days. I still feel bad though OP should have updated. If you can't get a refund, you can try selling it in the B/S/T thread

Why don't you just wait for the game to go on sale. It is a very good game. If you can get the game around $30, it won't be a bad deal for you (I would have done this, if I were in your spot).

The $20 game/season pass deal is fantastic, but it is VERY rare. Suck it up and move on, it's all good.
 
So crazy that they're giving us the season pass. I get why and all but damn. How good of a deal was this? First time I made it in on one of these and what a good one to get in on.
 
Holy shit this is the greatest deal ever. I cannot believe for $20 we get the full game and the freaking season pass. Plus the game is actually fun to play... god damn... so lucky I saw this thread at the time I did.
 
Crazy I got this game and the season pass for only $20. After putting 15 hours in, I would have gladly paid $50/60 and I was ready to on the PC. It's a shame that a game I got for 20 is actually worth 60 and the games I paid 60 for recently have been worth no more that 20 (Destiny).

I have so much to unlock and do still I hope I don't get burnt out!
 
$20 for a digital copy and season pass day one. Helluva deal for the modern folk aka people who buy digital.

For $20, I think gaf got us a full game and season pass. I feel so good about this, as I've typically been the day one because of hype guy. Yissssssss:)

I messed up and bought the season pass late, too. Looks like I will definitely cop this game when it drops in price xD
 
In an interesting turn, I figured I'd just buy the game since i already bought the season pass. One of the best purchases i've made in a while. It's a blast to play. if this was some crazy techland stealth marketing, it certainly worked. I had less than zero interest in the game. through a series of glitches and unfortunate events, Techland got 70.00 from where as before they'd have gotten none.
