Game works fine for me,sound can be an issue but that is easily fixed.

Mine aren't (I hope...) but NOLF1 have a 16 bit installer so these discs are useless anyway in modern 64 bit OSes.

Feb. 06, 2015 EXTENSION OF TIME TO OPPOSE PROCESS - TERMINATED

The status reverted back to "Application has been published for opposition" a couple of days ago, so all Night Dive has to do now is wait 30ish days.

The USPTO site says that "an opposition is similar to a proceeding in a federal court, but is held before the TTAB", so I don't think so. At least not without a different case, but I would assume WB's already done all that it can.

The installer is cool, thanks. But I believe that the last patch was 1.004, not 1.003.
