I've only seen the first one, but I liked it. That being said though I think that mostly people that have played P3 will enjoy them since they are pretty fast paced.
It's already out on blu-ray?

Yes, they're very good movies and capture MC's personality very well.
They're fantastic. They intentionally made it a story about the main character, Makoto Yuki, instead of a story about his companions like in the game. What they did with his character, and adapting scenes to streamline them from the game, is just great. 100 times better than the awful Persona 4 anime series.
Not yet. Home release for Movie #2 comes out next month.

2-hour digest version of movies #1 and #2. Both movies are actually about 1.5 hours long.
Especially if you've played, I'd say. It's very fast paced so it's a great recap, but maybe too fast paced for newcomers.

He is extremely apathetic, and doesn't care about dying. It's part of his arc throughout the five movies that they will be releasing, and it's great.
