And P4 menus made P3 menus looks simple, it's just how everything moves and changes when you move in the menus in the trailer, it just looks so gooooood.
If I'm remembering right, they said that they were interested in doing more games like Catherine after the first one was an unexpected success.

They been working on this for the last 4-5 years since they did Catherine so if they need 6 more months that leads into the beginning of next year they should be free to take itobviously to all of us here
Yup! I realistically expect it to release in 2016, in the west at least. And I'm ok with that.
Altough if they release it here in 2015 will be a great and pleasant surprise!

So I suppose I'll make my VO predictions now.
Protagonist: Bryce Papenbrook (Cocky attitude voice but not overly masculine, just like our protagonist. Plus it isn't a big speaking role thankfully).
Anne: Laura Bailey (other people have voiced multiple characters in the series and she has such wide range, see her work in Binary Domain, would you have guessed that was her?)
Ryuji: Liam O'Brien (I think of it as a more energetic rocker version of his Orlando voice)

Japanese put family name before primary name.
I doubt he'll be any less busy this year.
He's already in Metal Gear Solid V and Uncharted 4.

Absolutely loving the STYLE in this game. Wasn't feeling the music for the trailer as much, it was a good fit for the type of trailer it was though, I can't deny that.

Japan usually has family names before last names. They switch it to usual format in localization.
Nope. Japanese naming convention is reverse of Western, your family name is almost always first.

I actually did, about an hour after meeting her character I ended up looking up because I couldn't shake that she sounded like Laura Bailey doing the accent. I do really like her voice acting though, I could see her doing Anne's voice as well but I don't know if they want her sounding like Rise. She could do the voice she uses for the Saints Row boss that she does but I guess it comes down to how Anne is written.

Also i'm unsure if this was brought up but the appearance of the MC at the end very much reminded me of Femto/ Griffith.

The kanji that is used for her name can be prnounced Annu which is how you would pronounce Anne if you tried to fit it into their system. It's also "An" as in Anna too which supports "Anne" as the official name.
I'm like 99% sure that it's a Western name. I have a Western first name and a Japanese last name myself, so I'ts not entirely uncommon, I think.

Hmm yeah it could be Anne too, but I'll just call her Takamaki-chan until there's some kind of official word. Japanese names are hard, even for Japanese sometimes.. One Kanji can read in a million different way and it's just guesswork if you don't hear the name or see it in hiragana.

Based on some speculation from the trailer, the green eyes she sports in this game's version of the shadow realm could be indicative of envy. Maybe she is envious of native Japanese? Or even native Westerners?
