Pre-ordered all 5 Mario Miibos at GS today. I still trust their in-store orders more than Amazon, so Amazon orders got cancelled.

My local GS's employees (a couple are Miibo collectors) are sure getting frustrated with dates. A customer asked about the 13th if they would be be out and I chimed in about the delays/cancellations that I read about on here today. The employee was all "FFFFFF!!! ARG! Stupid Nintendo..." Everyone's frustrated :/


You know, at this point it would be nice if Nintendo made ya know, some kind of STATEMENT. If it WAS just the dock workers, then you would think they would apologize since it's beyond their control. But nope! Nothing! Nada!
 
ANYONE LOOKING FOR WAVE 3

Toys R Us Canada is going to be putting up all of Wave 3 and Lucario up at sometime tonight. Likely around 3:30am-4:30am based on the Rosalina preorders at Best Buy and Future Shop. Waiting for it to be February 6th everywhere in Canada.

@LegendarySMario The Wave 3 Amiibo will be available online as well as Lucario. Timing for these cannot be confirmed.

If they have any extras I don't see why not since midnight is technically the 13th. I'll ask my local gamestop tomorrow and see what's up.

Thanks. I'll probably ask my local GS too since that makes me curious. I'll like to be able to get an extra Shulk if I can for my friend since he missed out on pre-ordering and I thought of helping out. Plus, if he does get one, then I have one to give out here.

Haha, I mean, I dunno if I'm gonna go ahead and start actually watching, I just wanted to give it a try, is all. Not bad, might have to go back sometime and check it out. Very late 90's-early 2000's dub feel, like Digimon.
 
It dawned on my today at work that I was still missing a Yoshi. For some reason I kept seeing Luigi on my dresser and my mind said "Yoshi".

So, with what little money I have left that I use to last me for the week, I went out on my way home from work and took care of that. :P

I'm heavily inclined to believe that it is indeed the closest amiibos have come to prevention. Then again, I'm biased towards Mega Man.

Last I checked he was scheduled to be released the 13th at Toys R Us. Given how they operate, you might be able to find him next Wednesday or Thursday.

I just bought two, I always buy amiibos in pairs since that way they ship it properly. I can always just sell the other one to a friend or at my store.

And yes Nintendo, you fucking win, I finally broke down and bought the Toad amiiibo, are you happy now?! And now I want Yoshi because he looks like a waiter and mario and luigi have badass poses that will look great next to each other and...

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGGRGRGGGG.
 
I'd be willing to hit GS at midnight but with my luck they'll be 0 Amiibos I'm looking for and even then I have my MH4U XL in the mail so strike two. Speaking of, probably the wrong thread to ask but has there been any news of delays on the limited edition new xls?

No delays that i'm aware of. Why would there be?

Most reviewers have had their systems for a while now, and people have been unboxing both the LEs on youtube already afaik.
