Yeah. This thread is all amiibos discussion. Not sure if they ever corrected it but we're not specially the U. S. Thread. Plus a number of Canadians still prefer this thread and considers this their home.
Right now, probably not since those that pre-ordered stillhhaven't gotten it yet. Your best bet is finding out when your nearest store gets the shipment in. And get there early and see if you can get one.

I contacted them today (check a page or two back) because I'm in the same "boat" as you (literally?). They said wait another week but if nothing by the 13th they'll resolve.

Buying a ticket to NYC and camp out in front of the Nintendo World Store is probably your only shot at getting Shulk for the foreseeable future. And at that rate, you may as well just pay the scalper price.

I just got my Sonic from Amazon.com. He looks so good!
So real talk: Assuming that all those amiibos are in stock on February 13th and you're buying a n3DSXL and possibly bringing home a Majora's Mask LE: How in the world are you going to carry all that back?
I remember last week I picked up my 6 amiibo which were held together by a elastic band and carried back home in a sizeable bag. I was just worried about not damaging the amiibo packaging on the way back. :<

I'm with you brother. Have you check your bank charges? I'm getting charge from gamestop so I'm assuming I'm good for Shulk.

Childhood classics attract a larger crowd. Even people that don't care for Amiibo for their gaming purpose might want a Sonic/Ness/Mega Man to reminisce back to the good ol' days.
Absolutely yes, I have NA/JPN/EU Amiibo, all work the same. Only the boxes are different.
Got to NWS at 5:20. Only toon link bowser and sheik left.
Yeah, I noticed when I was there, no one was buying Sheik. I guess she really will be the Wave 2 Diddy.

I have a spare Dedede preorder I was planning to set free into the retail wild. Send me a PM and we'll see what I can do.
I didn't see any when I got there, must have went fast.
Looks like my Sheik and Sonic shipped from Amazon and will be here on the 10th.
I do have one concern about my Shulk pre-order with Gamestop, though. The couple of ones I have done ship to store have been fine and I got them. However, my grandmother just passed away the other day and so I will be traveling for her funeral and won't be around on the 13th to go get him. In fact, I won't be back until the evening of the 17th. So, that goes beyond their normal holding period. I will try to call them before I head out of town and explain the situation and hopefully they will hold him for me. Also, my MH4 LE new 3DS gets delivered while out of town, but at least I can have a neighbor grab it off my porch.

Mine shipped yesterday. I just wish all of this crap was more straightforward. I wonder when my Shulk is going to ship?
