That in bold was my biggest fear. I may pass this game for now, and grab it when its chaper (or at least when the brazilian coin gets more value).

I don't know why they didn't add at least a unlockable difficulty and a trophy for it. That would do nothing but good for this game!

I'm Brazilian also; thinking of getting it boxed, so I can exchange it later for another game. That might help me not to feel bad about value that much. It seems it'd end up only BRL 10 more expensive than buying it online.
I'm not sure I can hold off buying it until PSN price hits something I'd be happy paying for =/ everything is so expensive anyway with dollar this high...

I've installed the free ps4 theme for the order. Music is great but it's barely impossible to read something. I'll upload some pictures later.

He has an Xbox One as well and really enjoyed Ryse, much more than I did.

To be fair he is not overly concerned with the story usually, but when it's pushed so hard (like MGS) it stands out for scrutiny.

Fair enough. Story was front and centre in Ryse as well and was fairly weak, if entertaining.

The game basically is a mix of Heavy Rain + Uncharted. Pacing in the beginning is slow as molasses, but it looks fantastic.

There's no way it has Vanquish-like replayability, that whole game is like a racing game/shooter/score attack, it's built for playing again.

Oh wow. Incredible how I would think the old shot looked great at the time just to see the final one look considerably better.

Looks so atmospheric. Reminds me of how I felt whenever I saw Alan Wake stuff before release.

Man, huge improvement visually and much better performance as well. RAD's tech guys killed it on this game. I've never seen a dev do something like this between platforms before. They basically jumped 2.5 gens from working on the PSP straight to leading the pack on PS4.
