What happened to the people who bought GZ digitally in terms of TTP bonusses? Digital purchases don't have a voucher, so am I supposed to double-dip and get a physical copy as well?

I believe Nintendo has instilled fear with the whole preorder debacles that tend to ensue with their CE stuff.

I'm pretty sure everyone will be fine! I felt the same way about the Bloodborne CE, and that is still up for preorder. Although I'm thoroughly upset the Nightmare Edition didn't get released on this side of the world, but thats another subject!

I'm not 100% sure, but from experience, the bonuses usually already come unlocked with the digital versions. No need to input additional codes to unlock the bonuses. Granted this is not specifically for GZ, but for TPP, so it might function differently.

Not up anywhere yet. Gamestop has at least updated the release date on normal copies and added the Day One bonus details, but no CE preorder to be found.

I would call into question if people actually WANT soundtracks/art books. Does anyone (besides you, obviously) look at art books more than once? Soundtracks can be found on YouTube before release in most cases, and artwork can be viewed online too. There's very little incentive these days for collectors editions. In my opinion anyway.

I can somewhat agree, especially regarding artbooks (I never look at them twice). But I can appreciate soundtracks because youtube quality isn't the best, and I'd like to upload the music to various devices for ease of access and not having to require an internet connection everywhere. At the very least, I consider soundtracks/artbooks more deserving of my money in comparison to all the other trash you see in collectors editions nowadays
