People are going to bash it for having only one port now, calling it form over function, but other manufacturer's will follow suit.
full size USB is the new Ethernet and VGA. Apple just killed it on any device that wants to call itself an ultraportable
Not to familiar with type-C, but wouldn't this not fit for a lot of devices which uses the standard USB?
So just for clarification..are they merging the Pro/Air line, or is this just a replacement for the Air? They keep comparing it to the Air alone.
People still use ports. To take away them and only have one is pretty foolish in my opinion.
Otherwise it is a nice looking device.

It's the new standard USB type port going forward. It'll be on everything (not just apple stuff). A little annoying now as we transition over but it will be nice once everything uses the same fast reversible cord.
