Can anyone direct me to the actual Cyberpunk games on this list worth picking up? I already know I'll grab I Have No Mouth, but is there anything on there that people here consider must-play Cyberpunk games that aren't the obvious ones?

Shadowrun Dragonfall which isnt on the list.

Binary Domain, Anachronox, and Gemini Rue. I'm not sure what the obvious ones are though.

How is Crysis 2? The Crysis Collection is only $11.24.

It's a solid game. At least one can see that the single player campaign was the priority. It is similar to Call of Duty in that they made narrative more prominent and has numerous cutscenes where you lose control of the camera. There's not a whole lot of enemy variety however.

Dex and Satellite Reign are really good. Your enjoyment will depend on your tolerance for games that are still a work in progress. Binary Domain is a must buy, especially at this price. All 3 Deus Ex games (yes, including Invisible War) are some of the best in the genre. Transistor is another fantastic one. If you've played Bastion, it's kinda like that but with the ability to pause and issue commands instead of it being a button masher. Gemini Rue is a fantastic point and click game. One of the best I've played.

Consortium never gets the attention it deserves :(

I've been keeping an eye on that game. Was going to buy it in the humble bundle but I missed it by an hour. I figured it'd be in this sale, was surprised to see that it wasn't.

Personally I didn't care for it. The writing is atrocious, the levels are very linear compared to the first game and there's a lot of annoying scripting. On the other hand it's still more open than most shooters and it's in many ways very well made. You might like it depending on what your tastes are.

Nice, picked up the Crysis series. I have the discs somewhere, but I've moved countless times since then. It should be nice to play these with everything on high and a stable framerate!

Is Deus EX HR Director's Cut worth it if I already have the base game and the Missing Link DLC?

I've started it about twice but never gotten more than say, 5 hours in.

Thanks for the tips! I love the Deus Ex games, and Transistor has been sitting on my computer for almost a year now without me touching it yet, but I'm gonna grab Gemini Rue and Binary Domain for sure. Unfortunately, I am not into playing early access games, so Dex and Satellite Reigns are misses for me, but again, thanks to you and others for the recommendations

I have no idea what Cyberpunk is and it doesn't really matter to me. The only words that matter in this thread are Steam and Sale.

I was thinking about buying System Shock 2... and I just did.
It even has default widescreen mode.... I was like...

Crysis on Steam has limited installs and Crytek refuses to update it, despite having done so for the retail version of the game.
The only thing of note is that although the Steam version of Crysis does not support the EA SecuROM revoke utility, Warhead does. This applies to both retail and Steam versions.

High tech, low life, sort of counts.
No way, there's really no high tech (it's more like "high street cleaning budget", but that doesn't have the same ring to it) and even the lowlifes of Mirror's Edge look like they live inside a fashion ad.

That's less cyberpunk and more cleanhipster.
