First two bosses down, second attempt on 1st boss (doing it first try would be a push before you unlock levels) and first attempt on 2nd boss. So far it's brilliant and I want more.

How are the skill weapons looking in this game? I went strength with DS2 so I'd like to change it up, but the Threaded Cane just isn't doing it for me while the Kirkhammer is sex. I'm trying to stay as spoiler free as possible, so a yes or no is fine. Are there some cool and diverse weapons that scale with skill? How cool?

So -- is the game world in this game more like Demon's Souls, with individual levels separate from eachother, or more like Dark Souls, where it's more connected as one world with various paths and connections?

nope...
but someone said that the cleric is the first boss and you need to beat him first to be able to get through the father.... I didn't even realize I missed him... let's see

Hmmmmm iono about that. I beat the father before the cleric
On my office ps4. I just wanted to start fresh.

is the world mostly one continuous place, though, like dark 1 and 2 mostly were?
Yeah, but you have a hub area you return to so you can level up. From there you can teleport to any lamp (bonfire). The general world design is like Dark Souls 1 though. Lamps are spread far apart and you have to open shortcuts between them.

On Mobius's stream, it seems like people are saying the game is easy. Is it b/c he is good, or what?

well he just started running chalice dungeons and he is way overleveled for the early parts so he is 3 hitting the bosses.

He has said multiple times that he feels bloodborne is not as hard as Dark Souls but still a decent challenge.

I'm watching him stream too and compared to dark souls it does look a bit easier. It takes forever for the regen part of your health to drop with certain runes, like 5 seconds. Then again i'm a veteran to these types of games.

Its hard to tell. He breezed through a boss that some guy on reddit said it took him days to beat it

Mobius is kinda OP right now his weapon is maxed out and he pumped his strength, health, and endurance.

Hopefully its just him and his character that are good. I am sure From can tweak the game to make it harder thu a patch after release.

I am curious about that day 1 patch that delayed the guide.
