I've beaten every Souls game but this seems pretty brutal. Think I'm gonna grind blood and buy every weapon, see what I like.

I might regret the choice of the cane later, but I absolutely don't right now. The whip is perfect when I run into a mob.
Doesn't have to be the one who killed you, just any random enemy which spawns near where you died.

Yep it's bullshit especially with the shit camera.
Most of my deaths I had to recover by killing an enemy.
I've already upgraded it twice, but haven't faced the first boss yet.
That's a little disheartening.
The low level trash has been pretty easy to roll through.
I picked it because it was the most different from any of my previous Souls playthroughs. RapierWhip.

Yea just like in the soul games the only way they disappear is if you die again before getting them...
Well, that explains it. Thanks. I reclaimed at least three times from an enemy and never noticed any glowing blue eyes lol.

You know when you get up the bridge where the werewolves are at? Go to the opposite side of the bridge and go down the small steps- there's where you can grab an item look in the back and you'll see the sewers. You can roll down, but keep a close eye on where you fall down to.

Coop is lucrative as HELL. Boatloads of vials and such - you get all drops they do. Just helped someone kill Cleric Beast and got an insight for it as well as a boatload of echoes. Fantastic.

yeah he returns at certain parts. Maybe if you kill him he just disappears but can still come back later on.
Anyone know if you can kill the Doll?
In how may hours do you anticipate your stream starting?

Anyone else playing with the HUD turned off? No?
I am going to fortify the threaded cane and level up first, but if I don't see a big difference, I may reroll with a strength build for the first go. You plan this stuff out and think you know what you want, but when you are in the experience, you start reconsidering your choices. This is not quite Dark Souls, after all. It is within the same framework, but is a different animal for sure.

I'm so lost right now. I jumped down a platform I figure I wasn't supposed to jump down until I know the game better, and then a monster attacked me, and it knocked me down even further. So now I'm here. Looks nice enough.

Half my friendlist is playing Bloodborne. This is going to be a very hard day. Very...very hard day.
Because it's a Souls game. Not being a smart ass, it's the honest awnser to most of those type of questions

Well it sure is tough as promised The first boss is wrecking me pretty good. Just gotta get the timing down and find the right distance from him. Might have to grind a bit too.
LOL, yep. Unless there is another way someone else found, but I don't think so.

I used pebbles to draw them to me one-by-one. Made picking them off easier.

Yeah I already created a new character just because the cane wasnt cutting it... literally. It misses when standing right next to the boss :S

The hunt is over for now. Great game so far. Enjoyed the new take on the combat.
I don't find the game being specially hard. I think it's on par with the other soul games.
And guys, learn to parry. It's so easy to parry fatties. Just try it.
I don't think bloodborne is solid 30fps. Or at least it's not solid 30fps like destiny.

Gonna be honest, I find this game so much more stressful than Dark Souls. Very reminiscent of the feeling I had when playing Demon's Souls.

The whip is amazing for crowd control and poking from outside enemies reach, but once in a tight area, or against an enemies it can't stagger, it's unusable. It's harder to use than the other weapons, but it's my favorite so far.

Yeah I think I'm gonna reroll. The cane has been cool for group combat but it is pitiful against anything else.

run past the two wolves. There should be path on the left with a guy standing in front it a bit further ahead. It should lead into a house. Open the door and and keep going and you should make it back to the Central Yarnham campfire. Good shortcut to the first boss.
