I was afraid something like this would happen (I live in EU) so I went with the US-psn preorder and everything went just fine, the game is installed and I had an hour of gametime before I had to go to work this morning, can't fucking wait to get home!

Fuck you BITCH! The first half of the fight was going terrible but the key is you have to be aggressive. Finally, took me 3 tries.

I think you could have beaten it in a third of the time if you were a bit more aggressive at first, yeah. Noticed a lot of missed windows there. But well done!

But, even though I am getting the shit thoroughly kicked out of me damn am I enjoying the game. FROM knocked it out of the park, again. They're like Barry Bonds, aside from the steroid allegations that will forever taint everything they've ever done.

Ahh noted, I'll give that a try tomorrow. I've reached my "rage out" point tonight. Had a pretty good fight going and then my puppy jumped up in my lap and knocked the controller out of my hand. Decided it was probably time to wrap it up after that lol.

Same, I didn't use gun parry here but it's very helpful against the enemies in the next area.

They are optional, but do seem to be a lot of gameplay in them. I'm like you and dislike even the idea of them in souls games and wish that the world was a bit bigger with the bonus bosses and items that are in the chalice dungeons were just part of the world instead of having any generated stuff, but whatever.

I think you're gonna come around to them once you try them. They will definitely add lots of replayablity and will probably get some people Diablo levels of hooked.

There are some trophies tied to the chalice dungeons...and some awesome gear.

I've got to the Old Yharnam lantern. I can't get past the bit with that rooftop machine gun firing at you while you fight the hunter dude, just after the small ladder in the area which also has a few crows in it. The hunter guy is tough by himself and there's nowhere I can find to hide from the machine gun fire while you fight him =(

Is a physical copy a better choice than download only for improving loading times?, regardless of what kind of hard drive you have in your PS4.

It doesn't matter disc or download you still install it all to the HD...

Yeah. After a few minutes I started to see the animation ques. Counting how many swipes he does and how much recovery he has. Once I felt confident that I got his pattern down I went balls out. Which is why I do 80% of damage against him in the last two minutes of an almost 6 minute fight.

The development team is currently exploring another patch for Bloodborne, seeking ways to improve load time duration, in addition to other performance optimizations and miscellaneous bug fixes".

Great news that they will continue to optimize the game

I will wait to play this until at least the next patch is available

Just a small chance of improved frame rate is worth the wait imo

You don't need to parry him. Just strafe/dodge to around him (stay close-ish) and get in a couple of hits after his combos.

you mean the starter weapons? you can buy those once you can level up.

Get 10 Insight and you'll find a different bath messengers shop in the hub area. Then you can buy the co-op and invasion bells.

Decided to quit for now the 2nd boss destroyed me I even had the music box smh...once he turned he just did that jump attack and ownt me.......
Just found out the game doesn't count your time in the creator or when it loads lol.....sucks too I spent 2 hours tryin to get my character pretty and she's like half the ploy count in game lol.... Owell really lovin it soo far.... Otherwise. Still hope that patch is real soon.
