They're the death recordings of other players. They don't work half the time.

Ok I swear to god these wolves man....I just feel helpless against them.

People were saying I could lead them to some building and cheese them through the door, but I'm talking about the wolves at the beginning section. Right after you beat the brick giant. I can't find the doorway people are talking about.

This is just so brutal because I can't turn in my souls or anything. So frustrating running this same path over and over without being able to do anything with the souls I get yet.

Are you talking about the wolves, or the dogs? In the area where the giant is pounding the door? If it's there just aggro them one by one without going up the stairs fully; and watch out for the sniper. If it's the wolves on the bridge, Molotovs work wonders on them.

in the face a couple times will grant you a free visceral attack, and then you can do another two later via attacking parts of its body. Other than that he does not give you very many windows of attack, learn what attacks of his you can counterattack after and be patient until he uses them.

The host rings a bell that searches for help, and then players that have rang their "I want to help others" bell are matched with them.

In case players new to Souls don't know, if you die in someone else's world (ie after being summoned when using the resonant bell), you will not lose your echoes. The coop is a really fun way to farm for some quick echoes and to test the waters on a boss before trying it yourself without the risk of losing your echoes.

You can do a lot of damage to him by using your gun to interrupt his attacks. When he drags the axe on the ground, it's the perfect opportunity to shoot and riposte him.
Beastmode is just nuts though, good luck.

This frustrates me too. I swear in Demon's/Dark's there was an option to compare to your current gear, but that is nowhere to be found in Bloodborne

Well I bought Bloodborne. No buyer's remorse yet. I'll probably take this game pretty slowly and get my skills honed. The opening really sets the mood.

Still early in the game haven't even found the first boss, got past the bonfire with all the villagers, fought s shitload of enemies after that went in a house and fought a lady in a wheelchair etc and I found a second warp to the hunter's dream and I think "finally a checkpoint/warp area' so I go to the hunter's dream and now I can't warp back to where I left off? I gotta start at the beginning of Central Yarnham again and do that all over? Am I missing something?

Can somebody explain this to me? Was I supposed to do something to be able to warp back where I left off? I don't find vague stuff like this where I have to redo it all over again to be fun, just irritating

Oh man I'm getting déjà vu. Just like in demons when I first played I kicked ass. Now I'm back in and getting my ass handed to me left and right. Running out of blood vials and getting destroyed by the Cleric Beast. Can't quite figure him out yet. I have noticed a few things hurt him more, but he is so damn fast with such long reach on the strikes and that damn slam attack. I'll get him to about half health and then boom. Ass whoopin time

I beat the Cleric Beast yesterday, and all day today I've just been wanting to fight him again since I never figured out that you could aim for his head and stun him. I really wish the game let you replay bosses for fun, since I kinda want a rematch.

Found a hunter's torch with a B scale on Arcane. Kinda wish I'd gone for that instead of BLOODTINGE.

I killed him at level 29 with Cane +3. no idea how to farm twin shards, I need those too.
there is a set with high resistance to poison, I don't recall the name but you get it early. it's probably better than the Gascoigne set. boss isn't hard to dodge, just get the timing right.

Welp, looks like Amazon fucked me. Me Collectors Edition is suppose to arrive by 7 today.... 1.5 hours and counting. Website still says "preparing to ship"........ shit.

I think they delayed them. They changed mine to April. If you chat with them, make sure to ask for some compensation. If they say $5 at first, don't accept it. Say you want $20 and they will give it to you most of the time.

I did that and bought a digital code for $40.
